After the Canelo-Lara fight, is there anything else to look forward to in boxing?

Anyone know if Stiverne vs Wilder is going to happen this year?

I was looking forward to Froch vs Chavez Jr, but going off Eddy Hearn it looks like it's going to be Froch-Degale, which sucks. Porter-Brook is the one i'm looking forward to after this weekend.

This year has sucked, and looks likely to continue sucking.

Good thing you guys said Porter vs Brook, I totally forgot about that fight. It seems the networks blew their load in the first half of the year. Hopefully am wrong, but thats just the more reason to have the phone in shut the fk up mode and enjoy saturday .

Not much besides Jennings/Perez, Rios/Chaves Oscar is still trying to figure out which five fighters he actually has under contract. Haymon is still signing every fighter and setting up a Garcia/Salsa trilogy and I heard Broner ' s fight Salsa's taxi cab driver cousin or some nonsense. Sadly Gamboa - Crawford will be as good as it gets this year.

July 26: Bryant Jennings vs. Mike Perez should be a good Heavyweight scrap. I like this fight Arum said he wants to make Crawford-Beltran sometime in November as well. I also like this fight Yaegashi vs. Gonzalez and Estrada vs. Segura are two fights I'm looking forward to. Pacquiao vs. Algieri should be interesting if it happens. Chavez Jr. vs. Froch and Canelo vs. Cotto would be good for boxing since these fights involve some of the biggest fanbases. Terence Crawford's next fight. Rigondeaux's return after his contract with Top Rank is done. Maybe a Juan Manuel Marquez farewell fight. The steam should pick up in the Fall/Winter. Love the Estrada vs Segura fight, not really feeling Floyd's or Manny's next fights, but I'll watch them for sure.

I'm going to go watch some concerts take a peaceful break and try not to have a coronary trying to think about the sh*t fights being put on boxing. My girl was bugging me to see Mariah Carrey last year and instead I showed her this. Maybe this year Ill take her to the real deal. I took the family to the beach last weekend, now I have no worries for this weekend.:fingersx:

Shawn Porter vs Kell Brook should be an interesting match up. Two undefeated's fighting for a belt. Should be good. Who Mayweather decides to fight (Maidana II probably) will also be a big fight.

Their has been fights almost every week this year, and it looks like that will continue. I don't see how boxing fans can complain about this year. A couple **** cards happen every year. So what.

Porter vs Brook is something to look forward to. Winner might face Floyd in May. Floyd got options coming up. Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs Erislandy "The American Dream" Lara and Shawn "Showtime" Porter vs Kell "The Especial One" Brook will produce the best options for Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr in 2015.

There are a ton of fights on the line up. Canelo-Lara is a good match up, not a great one.
