Alexander is pushing hard for a Floyd fight. He's saying on Twitter that he has:
"the style, speed and ring intelligence to not only trouble an aging Floyd Mayweather but to defeat him"
What do you guys think?
I think Alexander would struggle against Floyd.
Using Floyd's logic it's a good fight, because Floyd struggled against Alexander's leftovers and couldn't put into action his blueprint against Maidana.
But using my own logic and not Floyd's, I think Alexander wouldn't do well.
Thoughts?
Floyd takes 3-4 rounds to adjust, gets his timing down and cruises, 8-4; 9-3. Alexander has a set rhythm and will be ready for Floyd to time and counter all night.
Ok, the poll's now live.
Was Floyd exposed as not being the tactical genius he was meant to be, by not being able to follow Alexander's blueprint?
Can Alexander execute the perfect plan again to give Floyd his first official loss?
I say no to both.
But it's become interesting because according to Floyd both answers are yes and Alexander is tearing into him because of it.
Not a surprise statement. Now EVERYONE can beat Floyd Mayweather Jr after that off night with Maidana , some guys in here even said Brandon Rios would defeat Floyd lmfaooo
