The NSAC did not approve the light blue gloves.

They approved the Everlast that were brought in.
Those are clearly unacceptable. They are either worn or padding removed.
That is very interesting.
I look at like this;
Floyd was trying to gain a psychological edge by getting MM to change his gloves - maybe he was scared of being hurt by the 'punchers glove' but I believe he did it as much to unsettle MM before the fight.
That's not cheating, but it is 'Gamesmanship'.
MM probably thought "F**k it, I will take some more of Floyds $ and still beat the hell out him in the sparring gloves"
So I think that MM comes out looking better than Floyd overall.
The funniest thing is that MM did look a bit silly wearing a pair of gloves that Floyd picked out for him, but in Vegas what else you honestly expect?
Dam you defend him like he's your lover. The man threatened to cancel the fight. Now weather you believe it or not no one knows if he would have done it. I mean we all know he doesn't take risks and by boxing standards is a ***** and always contradicts himself. (Catchweights after talking bad about them, missing weight against a lightweight going up by divisions, the video of him talking bad about margacheato and when marg comes to him he's all nice and after keeps looking behind his back) Knowing all that I believe he is capable of canceling I mean he ducking pacquiao because of his health so I wouldn't doubt it. Maidana trained for 7 weeks in the biggest fight off his life to get a huge payday there's no way he was
going to let Floyd weasel himself out the match n lose money. Also Floyd didn't fight the best maidana because the best maidana is him with the punchers gloves not wearing pillows.
If it were that troubling Maidana would have came in with the approved ones, the fact that he didn't says all you need to know about how troubling it was for him.
It's sad that Floyd has the Nevada Boxing Commission in his pocket. How can Floyd over rule the commissions approval of a pair of Maidana's gloves?
He didn't want to get knock out If Chino had used his Gloves Floyd would have looked Like Rocky Balboa calling out for Miss Jackson
Again, we know that Maidana was for sell, unless you truly believe the fight wouldn't have happened had he used the approved gloves, if that's what you truly believe let me know so that I'd know I'm wasting my time here.
As for the first question, because boxing has always been built like that? He purchased 2 pounds against Marquez not too long ago, should he have retired then? lol

You should do more research. The first pair of gloves the light blue were not approved those were everlast mx gloves. The second pair of mx gloves were red and we're approved by the commission. Then there were Cleto reyes gloves that were approved and Floyd stop said no to those. He only accepted the ones with the big foam padding
Floyd forever. Stand by your man, ladies.
If Maidana agreed to take an extra 850,000 to lose, power to Floyd, Maidana agreed :lame:
If Maidana came in with twenty five pound weights attached to each shoe, hey he took dat money, power to Floyd he be undebeateable das my man money
ooh ooh ooh he da best
Pretty much the only reply to any Floyd fan worth making.
Why is that? :lol1:
Being at the tail end of my career I'd do the same too, I think it's Maidana selling his soul for an extra buck that should be questioned. Only an idiot would rather get hit with less padded gloves.
but you have to admit , it's cowardly
The answer is quite simple if you have a brain on you, Maidana got extra pay for his "troubles".
I would have love to have seen Maidana call Floyd's bluff and call off the fight. If Maidana was paid off he shouldn't be complaining about the gloves issue after the fight.

Your admitting to Floyd's ish saying it isn't ish because dudes are getting paid?
It's all good, but Floyd needs to be more subtle on his actions. History is not gonna be kind to someone like him....
History will never be kind to a coward like Floyd who duck fighters boxing fans wants him to fight. Instead he cherry picks boxers he can potshot and conceal his fear by asking for blood test, making a Puncher wearing pillow gloves and health comes first. He might get all the money in the world and admiration for his technical skills but will be known as a coward by most boxing fans.

Maidana sold his soul, that's fine and he shouldn't complain. Why shouldnt people question Floyd for paying for a handicap!
We know he paid, we know he didn't want none unless Chino put on some pillows but we are suppose to pretend it never happened?
