Pacquiao v Matthysse @ 140 - who you got?

It would be a hell of a fight. I think pac would be too fast for Matthyse but matthyse does have a puncher's chance and because he has great stamina he will be dangerous for 12 rounds.

I'd give Matthysse a puncher's chance. He has the stamina to be there late and if Bradley can shake Pac, Matthysse can. Pac should beat Matthysse comfortably, and I'd expect him to. This exactly

Manny said he was seeing stars on that shot that lifted him up. He sure didn't act like it and that's what makes him a great...The ability to get hit and come back with own flurries instead of running around the ring to recover for a bit

rewatch the fight Manny was never hurt in that fight and if he was it was a shot that we didn't notice ...The shots that we did notice Manny was off balance and got hit with the perfect punch but came back instantly to return the favor but he wasn't hurt .. Bradley was the number 3 p4p champion of the world what did you expect for him to laydown he earned his way to the top minus the first pac fight he has a great resume ..easily a walking Hall of Famer Manny said he was seeing stars on that shot that lifted him up.

Pac is still very good although not the same he once was. Matthysse has shown excellent boxing skills although last night was not his best example. Given the way both guys fight it would be a blood bath and pretty even, hard to call fight. Id sure love to see it though, and it would be one of those fights where the real winners truly are the fans.

he was 156 . molina was 153.. Announcer pointed out that hes heading to 147 That's a lot to put on overnight. I wonder if it was more about the layoff than outgrowing the division. I guess Matthysse thinks he's getting too big if he wants to move up.

Matthysse has a great stamina. It would be a war. But i still think, that pac beats him. UD for PAC.

Manny wins this in a rough fight in my opinion. Manny tko's Matthysse late I think. A smaller opponent who is not a great mover or a great technician will be taken out even by this version of Pac. The issue is does Manny have problems going down in weight? If I were his team I would not consider going down in weight as it adds too many variables. Another interesting piece is how Molina's body size and shape/height/reach were what helped him set up those knockdowns. Manny is closer to Lucas's size so that is also an interesting part of this potential fight. Not sure if Lucas is the smaller guy

easy PAC victory

This fight is too tough to make a prediction on. I like both fighters but I can't say either one hits harder or has a stronger chin than the other. Age favors Lucas. Experience Favors Pacman. Flip a coin on this one but it would be one fight that I would actually pay for on PPV.

It's hard to predict who gonna win between Lucas and Manny. With Manny slowing down a bit and his reflexes is not it used to be he will get tag and tag often and might get stop by Lucas. But if Manny uses his footworks and feint and head movement and not get caught on the ropes, he will punish Lucas and if Manny somehow landed a perfect body shot, he might put Lucas away. But it will be a tremendous fight with low reward as far as monetary is concern on Packys side.

I don't know. Matthysse might hit too hard at this stage in Pac's career... I'm not going to fool myself into thinking Pac is the same Pac that fought hatton... He's been at 147 for quite a bit, no way do I believe Pac (with as lean as he is) would be as strong at 140 as he used to be due to having to lose weight. I've resigned myself to the fact we'll likely never see Pac KO anyone again and I'm not delusional enough to think he stops a strong, young and sturdy fighter like Lucas. If this wasn't Pac and I wasnt such a big fan I'd side with the younger, elite big punchers over Pac but out of respect i'd call it a toss up. Pac isnt going to stop Prov, Danny or Lucas... Let's not kid ourselves.... There's a higher chance of him being stopped by them than the other way around.. To be perfectly honest I don't think Pac would be able to take Danny's big left hook in an exchange or Prov's tenacity (though Prov gets hit the most of the three and does have an easily marked up face) or Lucas' power and pressure. Guys, Pac isn't the same fighter anymore... He's not going to tank these shots like he did 5 years ago..he's not skilled enough to NOT get hit consistantly over a whole fight and his chin just isnt the same. With all due respect to Pac... Rios isn't in the same class as the top 3 140 pounders... Power, speed, or skill wise. I think Pac would be winning the rounds but Lucas the war.
