So Maidana fans like to slag Khan off and mention him even in articles which got nothing to do with him? and say things like He doesn't deserve s*** is looking for a Payday and talk bollocks, although Khan has a Legitimate Win over Maidana.
Lets do some comparison of Khan vs Maidana achievements to clear things up!
Khan was Olympic Silver Medalist at age of 17 (youngest ever for Britain in Boxing).
Khan was Unified World Champion at 140 and faced 8-9 current/Ex World champions in his career.
Khan's best wins are Kotelnik,Barerra,Malignaggi,Zab Judah,Their boy Maidana,Julio Diaz,Robbed vs. Peterson All Current/Ex World Champions at some point in their career is fighting another Ex WW champion in Collazo.
What are Maidana's achievements? Wins over Ortiz cause he Quit in that fight? Win over A non 147 fighter (Overhyped) Broner?
Compare Khan's resume to Maidana and tell me who holds the better resume.
Its obvious people have Goldfish memories so only your last fight counts.
When you get done in the last 3 years Khan has been floored 5 times in 3 fights one time against a old lightweight, While Maidana has got on to win a ww championship.... The person you need to be upset with is Khan, if he did not duck Alexander he could have had a chance to win the IBF title and he would have gotten the fight
I know a lot of people don't give Khan a chance vs Floyd, but a few things he brings into the ring are boxing skills, speed and good footwork. Unlike Hatton, Marquez, Ortiz, Cotto, Guerrero, Alvarez and now Maidana who were all slow and flat footed.
Not under his current trainer Virgil Hunter - the most overrated trainer gravy riding from Andre Ward. Khan ain't gonna get back up when he gets KO by Collazo
Im not getting good vibes from Virgil either, but to be fair he built Andre from 0 amateur fights to what he is today.
May 3rd is truly judgement day for both Khan & Virgil.
Point being that though Khan gets puts down, but he manages to get right back up.

Khan with his defensive vulnerabilities could have chosen the route of winning a version of a title and milk it for 20 defenses and be considered that sort of an ATG. Instead he went to States and always wants to get in to big and risky fights.
Khan is a "chinny over achiever". Everything he has achieved after the Prescott loss means even more than it does for your average fighter because Khan managed to do all of it with his chin.
you know what, this is spot-on.
i mostly dislike the british bias that some of you display but khan, he's got a customer in me.
Ok so you still don't know what unified champion means.
Khan was unified champion after taking Judah's belt. What's so hard to understand about that?
Please refer to Buffer's announcement after the fight.
Dude just stop it.
How was Zab shot to pieces? :lol1: He was ranked #4 at 140 and was a champion.
According to him Devon schooling Maidana is not out boxing, but should be looked upon as a clinching fest as if its Devon's problem that Maidana couldn't.
khan fans love talking about the past (Amateur and olympic record really?? lol) but wont talk about the present lol.
Now heres the FACTS not sugarcoated BS:
Amir khan is 3-2 in his last 5 fights. Dropped by julio diaz, iced by danny, beat pillar to post by lamont. Khans Best win in 3 years is a shot to pieces zab judah in summer 2011.
And there you have it.
Dude just stop it.

I meant he achieved the status of being a unified champion, which he did after beating Judah as well as defended "his title", which was of course WBA only at the time vs paulie, chino and judah. Should have mentioned it in chronological order.
Anyhow, think and perceive as you may, but that is what I meant.

No genius, you said unified champion. He was not. He had the WBA title. When he fought Judah he won the IBF. Do you know what unified means?

Khan came back and became a unified champion and defended his title* against paulie, chino and judah. I missed out two words and you're trying to score a point i see, but it was as good as Wilkins trying to win a ring.
Poser? No Sir.

Unified champion? I doubt you have any idea what that means. You just like to say it because it sounds cool. He fought Mags and Chino for just the WBA title.
You are a poser.

lol Maidana fans couldn't digest the fact that whatever they write about Khan at the end of the day Khan has a Win over their Boy!
We know. So what? Maidana has bounced back and getting ready for the fight of his life.
While Khan is coming off yet another ****ty performance and embarrassing himself after begging for a fight with Floyd.
The only people that can't get over something is you and the other Khan fans who can't get over the fact that Chino got picked over Khan.
