Mayweather vs Maidana - obvious mismatch
Broner vs Molina (the one khan fought)
Khan vs Collazo -Very competitive fight
Matthysse vs Maldonado - Super mismatch
Did Bob Arum make this card?
Broner isn't even fighting the other Molina, he's fighting the other OTHER Molina, the one that fought Khan. Terrible mismatch, Khan has the only decent fight on this card. Not worth it.
Only competitive because how much Khan has slid the last few years. Also because Mayweather picked a fighter he can beat again, Broner is fighting a nobody. Colazo beat a shot fighter and now he gets a payday. Like it is only competitive because Khan isn't up there anymore. Just another future guaranteed payday for Mayweather if he wins.
khan didn't have the chin at 140, a bloated lightweight almost ko'ed that SOB. going into 147 khan's getting a coma

Why don't they have Lucas vs Broner & Maldonado vs Molina?
If they did that, the PPV would do real well.
Because both just came off a loss. GBP/Haymon don't want to face a crossroads fight so early on with two fighters they can potentially market on their own. Good fight, but too soon. Both coming off losses. If Broner loses he'd become Berto status, if Matthysse loses he's done for good, he'd be fighting the Dallas Jr's on ESPN and Showtime Extreme.
Yes, Khan's fight is the most competitive. It's so competitive I think Khan will probably lose. Maidana knocked the confidence right out of Broner. Broner really picked a softie. If Broner says he is back after KOing Molina it would really be a joke.
