Mayweather who?
Anybody who is knowledgable about the sport will recognize Pacquiao's accomplishments are far greater than Floyd's. There is truly no valid argument that could state otherwise . His resume is far superior and so is the way / fashion he accomplished his feats .
So anyone who disagrees with your point is stupid or doesnt know?
Mayweather has never ever been sparked out. Hes fought two names at catchweight marquez and canelo but even if you factor those out Mayweather still has an ATG resume. If you wanna talk about names that make give them their current status, Pac's three most notable wins cotto, oscar and marg were all drained up as with Oscar he never competed at welter in 10yrs. Manny fought Mosley off of a loss and a draw where as Floyd fought him coming off a Margarito title win spanking.
Ricky Hatton, Morales, Marquez and Barrera are wins that make Pac great. Then again hes lost to Marquez imo twice and he had to lose to Morales to win. Ill consider the Bradley fite a win as that was just unfair. Also hes a 6 weight champ as his 7th and 8th title were joke catchweights.
Where as Mayweather has: Corrales, Judah, Oscar on his terms, Cotto at his real weight, fresher Mosley, Castillio the second time, Gatti. None at catch.
Now some of those names deteriorated like Judah but what matters is what those names meant at the time when they fought. Hes never been dominated besides Castillio becaue i do believe May is not undefeated.
Personally i believe Maravilla beats both at 154lbs, but between Pac and Floyd, i pick Mayweather as the favourite one.
Floyd fought half that list, clottey aint done crap in over 8 years morales was old and he beat pac marquez arguably beat pac or draw every time out! rios? lmao!!! this list says nothing about being better than Floyd
Does Floyd fight and beat prime Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera? then why he always making excuses against Pac? lol!
pac and a great fighter don't belong in the same sentence. he is a protected, average fighter, who fought ****tty, compromised fighters all his career.
morales beat him, marquez beat him 3 out of their four fights, with the last one being by ko. was koed by a couple of janitors.
you should be ashamed to compare pac to a guy like mayweather.
keep begging pac, maybe you get on your knees soon.
Keep hating, beeeeeyatch. But all the hate in the world don't change the fact that MP's sh*t streak stains in his toilet bowl got more legacy attached to them then your life ever will

I think the way that he got the wins is more impressive than the who he beat practically if that's hard to imagine. He didn't just beat the opponents, he generally annihilated them. It wasn't just, let me throw a shot here and there, pop, slide, duck, dodge, ok let me reset and do it all over again. It was mostly, let me see how many punches I can possibly land on my opponent in 12 rds if I let my hands go for all 3 minutes of the rounds. If the knockout comes, sure I'll go for that and take it.
This was pre-bible Pacquiao of course... :(
LOL yea and how many times has Floyd lost or been knocked out cold? He sure had trouble with his fight with marquez didnt he. Coming off of a 2 year layoff almost. Pac fans are straight morons.
accomplishments are what matters in boxing. not records. if one team wins 5 super bowls and another wins 3 does the team that won 3 say they are better because they had less losses during the regular season? or how if someone wins 10 gold medals and another guy wins 5. does the guy with 5 say well i would have more but i decided to retire instead of face the other guy. hey at least he didn't lose right? fantasy!
Uncle Rog knows what's up. Because he boxed. His whole life is boxing. He knows how hard sh*t is. Yet we got f**kers on this damn website who haven't even been inside a boxing gym who sh*t on HOF fighters lmfao
Rogers boxing knowledge, at least on this website, depends solely on what what the topic is. When he says stuff like that, I read comments like yours. If you embed the clip from a couple weeks ago where he said Manny would get his ass whooped if he got in the ring with Floyd, he becomes a crack head who doesn't know ****. Just depends on the day.

"Leftovers" is the stupidest term in this sport. Bar none. Even when people don't use the exact term, but will say so and so lost the fight before therefore no credit for the win (same exact thing).
Leftovers is something you have in your fridge. This is boxing. These are world level fighters who train and dedicate their lives to get in that ring. I hate when people get on their laptops from home and got the nerve to refer to some of these guys as "leftovers".
We talk about on this site how anything can happen in any fight, and how every fight is different and has its own identity, how styles affect match ups...yet the moment we want to discredit someone's win we refer to whomever they beat as someone's leftovers. Like that's all of a sudden supposed to erase the accomplishment of that man getting into the ring and beating another world level fighter.
I even heard some dumb f**k refer to Sergio Martinez as Chavez Jr's leftovers (because of that 12th rd) when Sergio won ELEVEN of the 12 rounds, lmfao. F**king retards I swear.
Can we please ban that stupid ass phrase/term from this site?
Moralez almost beat Maidana even though he is shot to shiz. Three years later and Floyd is fighting Maidana!
Lol good point although morales was on that juice....

Why is this even a thread? I mean, who can honestly say with a straight face that Pacquiao doesn't have one of the best, if not the best resumes of this generation? I'm not really a fan of the guy, but it's damn near impossible to dispute that. :lol1:
Agreed. It's one hell of a resume that you can't deny.

if u want to take about official records saying pacman lost to bradley..
then PACMAN beat 2X JMM, 2X BARRERA, AND 2X MORALES (Knocked out)
3 legends, (fact) come on larry ur hating to the MAX today brother!!
I'd say two legends....really why is JMM a legend. I don't disagree Manny has a great resume....though adding Rios to it is awful when listing it. Though JMM is mostly known for tough fights with pac and it's why he's considered good...but really is he "Great"?
