Cotto is smaller than Stevens and gets cut easier too. Cotto had trouble against a lanky fighter with a subpar flicking jab in, Austin Trout. GGG would use his height and reach to walking him down and stop him. Thats probably true. But I wouldn't count Cotto out competely since GG got caught with a left hook fairly often, while looking out for it specifically and stops throwing when he gets hit

Triple G stops anybody at 154 not named Floyd Mayweather. I'm talking Cotto, Canelo, Quillin... ANYBODY. I'm a Martinez fan but I think Golovkin stops him too. The only fighters I feel comfortable picking against G are Floyd and Andre. PERIOD!
