Here’s something weird. Juan Manuel Marquez and his trainer Nacho Beristain were scheduled for a 10 a.m. international conference call to discuss their fight against Timothy Bradley on Oct. 12. And funny enough, Marquez nor Beristain could be found, so the conference all was called off approximately at 10:18 a.m.
It’s been a tough few days for Top Rank, which took a lot of criticism last week for the handling of Julio Cesar Chavez’s weight issues, and the fight was pushed up two weight classes to accomodate Chavez’s unprofessionalism. At Bradley’s media workout Tuesday, Top Rank founder Bob Arum said Chavez is a reality star and people are captivated by him because he, as Arum said, a screw up. Well, he didn’t exactly use screw up, but we are a family publication.
Luckily for Top Rank, they have Bradley. He put in a long day of meda, first with his public workout at his gym and then his conference call later Tuesday. He was also at the Chavez fight on Saturday to talk to the LA area media.http://voices.mydesert.com/2013/10/02/juan-manuel-marquez-nacho-beristain-were-no-shows-for-conference-call/
...........what does that have to do with roiding?
I need to understand the logic before I decide whether to Red K you or not
Nobody cares about your shhity rep points
Careful with calling someone a roid user. That's slander and u could get this website into trouble with the law. If Marquez says he isn't using then we should trust him not to lie, let the commission do their jobs.:boxing:

Logic? Can't you see it mate?
Every boxer that hasn't attended a simple conference call has been caught roiding in the past. Conference calls are always excellent times to go off and gets some roids into you. Clearly Nacho is roiding too as he didn't turn up either. It's a team effort. They are all roiding together, from a dude that is now part of a federal informant roids team.
Do you not see the logic there? It's obvious!
I do love though that Ariza, who did his mentor/apprenticeship with Memo and was taught everything by him, and Conte, who is in exactly the same boat as Memo, and all their fighters, Pac, Donaire, Ward, etc etc etc, all get passes despite some of them actually refusing all tests, while Marquez has done all tests asked of him. It's a funny ol' place this here NSB.
Pac moves from 105 to 147 and is bigger, faster, stronger, more powerful, has better stamina, is more solid than ever, and increases every aspect of his athleticism but gets a pass, while Marquez moves from 126 to 143, and only increases his muscle mass, through a now three year daily weight training program designed for that reason alone, but decreases in every single other area of his boxing, and yet he gets more focus than anyone in the sport.
The biggest difference is that Marquez has actually clearly decreased in most aspects that roids are meant to give increases to, bar the one area that he's been entirely focusing upon for years now; muscle mass. He's slower than ever, easier to hit than ever, has less stamina and less balance than ever, but because he's gotten bigger, from a now three year daily weight training program, he's clearly roiding due to a missed conference call and some well placed PR designed to take away the impact of his Pac win.
Pac moves up from 105 to 150 and annihilates a dude 20 pounds heavier and half a foot taller, through increased power, speed, athleticism, and stamina that was only getting better the further he moved up in weight and the bigger he got, while refusing drug tests, yet Marquez moves up less than half that weight to fight a guy his size, who he'd already 'beat' and lost against, and because he had increased his bulk, while obviously declining in other areas, it's him that's obviously roiding because Pac walked into a perfect counter shot?
If it was just the roids that got him the win, why didn't he knock Pac out in their 3rd fight? He was with Memo then too and just as big. Hit him with some pretty major league shots. Difference was, Pac wasn't going all out on a KO, and didn't walk into a perfectly timed counter shot that would have knocked him out at any weight and any time.
Horrible
This post is horrible no one should of even replied. I'm am just to say DON'T WASTE UR TIME ON THIS POST!!!
If the new was, If the drug test people came and he was M.I.A.. Then this title would make sense..
O yea this just in Floyd farted he on roids..
He could have been hanging out with his Japanese "friend" and just forgot~
That is kind of odd though as JMM usually does his part in promotion so while an interesting tidbit I don't see the connection
