So according to some recent reports at least 20 major league baseball players are going to get suspended for being involved with Biogenesis.

How coma Yuriorkis Gamboa never made a statement about this? How come reporters never question him about it? I guess as long as he passes the pre/post drug test hes clean.
Gamboa just ignoring this whole situation and hoping people will just forget about it, which many people have.
I saw something on Youtube where Gamboa was asked about his alleged PEDs use. As Fetta said, Yuri did what everyone does. He denied using illegal substances.
A good interviewer should ask the question and press as much as possible, but it's a tough task. For one, most of these interviews are limited in time, so it's difficult to dwell on just one subject. If the subject is negative, the interviewer risks alienating the person he's grilling. Not too many journalists are willing to do that. And, let's face it, outside of an official investigation, there aren't any compelling answers to be expected. Denial is the order of the day.
The Biogenesis case will affect several pro baseball players, with suspensions forthcoming. Ryan Braun and Alex Rodriguez, both big names, have refused, or are expected to refuse, questioning by MLB. But at least one big player, Gio Gonzalez, has been cleared, although his name also appeared in the lab's records.
Gamboa doesn't have much going on for him right now and it doesn't look like his career is going anywhere with 50 cent, so getting shut out by Gamboa in future interviews isn't that big of a deal. I understand it's a sensitive question and reporters should go about it carefully, but Eaner0919 not even bothering to mention it was kind of BS. It's was maddening listening to that interview because the PED thing was really the only remotely interesting going on with Gamboa and I kept on waiting for them to finally bring it up. Right after the Gamboa interview ended, they started talking PEDs regarding Marquez/Bradly and Garcia/Matthysse. My god! They just had Gamboa on and they didn't say **** about it.

He did. Said he didnt know and stuff. Same thing they all say.
I can't blame reporters too much because he hasn't really made himself available since the incident.
But I'm disappointed as hell in at the BoxingScene Radio crew for not asking Gamboa about the PED scandal when he came on the show recently. It was a rare opportunity.
