The Official Adrien Broner-Paulie Malignaggi Discussion & RBR Thread

I havent really followed the build up, but whats the deal with Broner taking Malignaggis "side piece"? Did he steal his girl or something? I thought Broner had a ton of kids and even got one recently? Or am I wrong, what is the situation? He got 5 kids and apparently a girlfriend, but now he's talking about ****ing another girl on national television and radio. It's gonna be awkward the next time we see him ringside with his official girl.

I think broner should fight either Robert Guerrero or Amir khan next if he stays at 147! I think he would be further exposed as a fighter! I think he should fight Khan. He'd knock Khan out and then critics like yourself would say he CHERRY PICKED Khan. That's how it seems to work with you guys. Who has exposed Broner? Nobody. The dude was at 130 last year. He's already a belt holder at 147. That's damn impressive no matter how you slice it.

Great post I must say... It's sad to see broners dad actually feed in to his sons corny antics and his team o guys twice his age actually is encouraging this behavior . Instead of tellin him "come on son you're going overboard"

And lets not forget how GREEN Broner is. This was his first time going 12 rounds. He's a baby in boxing terms... Lets see how he develops. I think he'll develop, but he's not the future of boxng or the next Floyd. At least not at this weight. Anyone else fed up with jim gray? I never liked Jim Grey. He was very condescending a disrespectful to Paulie. Moreover, he just seems awkward as hell in interviews and he asks some really dumb questions. I'm sure on the inside a lot of fighters he interviews are rolling their eyes at him.

I think Malignaggi had a point when he said that Broner was unoriginal, he is. And the fact that he walks around with an ignorant posse, who are forever brushing his moronic head adds credibility to this notion. Floyd was light years beyond where Broner is masquerading as a "talent" at this stage of his career. Floyd was at the fight, he knows this. The lesson here is, if you mimic Mayweather, do so after you've conquered all of you rivals in spectacular fashion. This guy wants all of Mayweather's rewards before he's proven he deserves them. If I were advising Broner, I'd tell him to tone it down a bit. If he barely gets by a feather fisted Malignaggi, is there maybe a possibility he's approaching or has approached his ceiling? Floyd has definitely paved the way in terms of personality but that doesn't mean fighters need to be cheap imitations of that. Broner's a clown and when he gets in the ring with anyone with a hint of power the show will be over and the circus will leave town.

Broner did not look good at all. That Broner isn't beating any of the top guys at 140 or 147.
