WHAT IF..Valero was alive + at 140lbs right now

he dies 3 years ago having just defended his LW Title 3 times and was 28 Amir Khan would of been retired, on the alcohol and dealing with severe depression.

He would still be 135 having cleaned out the division

He would be a murdering, overrated piece of shit locked up in prison. In line with the topics aim, it is hard to say. He has the power to hurt fighters and could see him running through fighters like Rios ( fighters who do not have the best of defenses) and fighters like Abril ( fighters who are not active enough/don't have a potent offense). I don't see him beating fighters like Bradley, Broner, Garcia and Guerrero.

Wouldnt he still be in jail for killing his wife? :dunno:

utterly dominated antonio demarco in much greater fashion than broner did. would have been a legendary fighter.

man i miss that guy- he would've produced so many memorable fights had he not left us/been locked up, and had a good chance at reaching the top...what a waste of talent....

The only real question mark was whether or not someone slick could outbox Valero. It would take someone with serious boxing skills and a great chin. Who does that describe in the 140lbs. division of today?

Its easy to over rate a guy who was kicking ass and then was just Gone before we saw him in with the elite's or before his reflexes dulled or a major flaw was exposed. Me though i rate him quite high H2H and think he'd KILL Amir Khan, Butcher Bam Bam Rios, Knock the **** outta Lamont Peterson, Mangle Zab Judah, Dice up Danny Garcia and knockout Lucus Matthesse too if given the fights lulz. i laughed at every single one of those discriptions, surg.
