Every time a fighter he is supposed to be ducking is in a questionable fight or loses, they either celebrate (Pacman) or complain the other fighter got robbed (Trout). Not all Duckweather fans are the same but many today are saying Trout got robbed. Even on social media, they are fuming :bottle:
I dont think canelo will beat Mayweather in a 100% boxing match but I do think he will use his explosive ness to force mayweather to work and I doubt mayweather can hurt canelo, so mayweather will be forced to box 100% of the fight while not being able to hurt him so at any moment Canelo wants to turn it up he can with out no consequences other then losing the round, he wont have to worry about floyd hurting him at all.
dude, this is what ive been sayin man, everybody thinks mayweathers goin to box ko canelo, i dont think so. If this fight does happen i think canelo will be a force to be reckoned with.
starting to notice that all the people who hate floyd are the ones who always make threads about floyd.i thought canelo won and hope floyd does fight canelo becase from what i saw yesterday it would be easy work
EXACTLY!
People are accusing others of doing what THEY DO THEMSELVES! You got idiots on here, if Canelo was to get knocked down every round and got the decision they would have an excuses for that
So your all guilty of this Childishly Bias BS...So Stop Pointing The Finger at everybody else and look at yourself
If you want your fighter to GET some respect then how about trying to GIVE SOME RESPECT! Don't bash a guy and then when your favorite fighter struggles or in a tough fight people come down on him you want to get sensitive like a B1tch
Don't Dish It Out If You Can't Take It!
Right....that's why he was dropped unlike the fight last night where Canelo was the only one knocking people down.
Let's see how your boy does next week against Judah. How do you see that fight going down?Canelo got hurt to the body a few times, notice how he stops fighting in round 5 or 6... Good win but not great at all..
Berto/Ortiz was FOTY, Trout/Canelo wont even get a mention
Cotto was unimpressive vs Mayorga, then ran out the clock on Marg's eye, at a catchweight no less.
the mayorga fight doesn't count because that was not the fight he had before fighting floyd and cotto stopped him anyway the margarito fight is and yes the margarito win was not as big a deal as the other floyd opponets wins were going into the floyd fight but for cotto and his fans it kind of was because of the whole contraversy with margarito-cotto
The post I was responding to said that all of Mayweather's opposition has come off of great wins where they looked good and that although Canelo won, he didn't look good doing it.
So if Ortiz winning a fight in which he got dropped in is considered looking better than Canelo winning a fight against a guy that he dropped, a guy that had never been dropped before, then I'm not really sure I can agree with that criteria.
go look around the internet for comments that were made about ortiz after he beat berto and compare them to the comments being made about canelo win over trout.who said floyd wouldn't fight canelo i was commentin mainly on the comments of people mentioning maidana and alexander as opponents if you look at floyds last couple opponents they were recognizable names coming off of big wins.
canelo is a recgnizable name and he has a good win so he might be next
im not sure what this means.did i say floyd has fought opponents that didn't get dropped?what i said was floyds last couple of opponents were coming off big wins that were very impresive for them at the time and you can't say everyone was not making a big deal of ortiz win over berto when it happened maybe now you and others may critcize but at the time ortiz was made out to be a beast for that fight

Didn't Ortiz get dropped by Berto?

They seem to take offense to explosive foreign fighters who come here and make money from Americans. It's weird, they all have weird hatred for guys like Matthysse, GGG, Pacquiao etc. They even hate Martinez now that some people say Floyd's ducking him. Their hypocrisy it at it's worst when it comes to the Klitschko's. Somethings definitely odd, maybe they feel threatened?
They are Xenophobes

Its a ****ty criteria, thats why. When you sit back and really look at it, its not great. I asked the question last night that went ignored.
When was the last time Floyd fought a talented fighter in his 20s who came off of a dominating performance? Dominating doesn't mean you get beat up as bad as you beat someone. It doesn't mean you get knocked down multiple times. Dominating means you whooped as from front to back.
Floyd has not faced a fighter like that in a very long time. If Canelo had stopped Trout last night, he pisses the fight away. I'm more than certain he pulled back to make sure he didn't overly dominate Trout. He had that much control of what happened in the ring.
Heres a long running Floyd stan trend.
"oh, so and so wants to fight Floyd? He needs to fight this guy and that guy first before he even thinks of getting a chance".
Maybe cause Ortiz actually whooped berto while Canelo looked like ass against trout.
Hey Boricua, bet me your 25bill for Saturday's fight. I got Judah against that bum.
They also hate on Nonito Donaire because Floyd hates Pacquiao and Pacquiao is the enemy and happens to be Filipino so now any Filipino is an enemy to them.

Don't understand how getting dropped has any effect on that, it was a really good win for Ortiz.
He said that the fight might not happen because Canelo didn't look good in the win yesterday and Mayweather's opposition is always coming off of an impressive win in which they looked good.
I agree the Berto win was impressive and it was a good win but he got dropped. It's not like he went out there and dominated Berto the entire time. All I'm saying is beating and dropping a guy that had never been dropped before in his professional career and who was supposed to box circles around him, is just as impressive as Ortiz' win over Berto.

So, and what? Didn't he beat berto?
