Is Broner vs Malignaggi going to be Showtime or HBO?

I know Broner is an HBO fighter and Malignaggi is Showtime fighter. So which network are they showing it? Another question. I know fighters switching TV networks happen all the time. Is it really that big of a deal if a fighter moves to a different network when they can be brought back easily? For example. Pacquiao went from HBO to Showtime (for literally one fight) then back to HBO. I mean I know the Mayweather move to Showtime was a big deal with a huge contract and everything. But are fighters able to move around this freely? As long as you dont have a contract with a specific network, you can go back and forth.

Paulie just fought 1 fight on a Showtime undercard, he's not a "Showtime" fighter. I think broner is signed to HBO tho, so GBP has said that it will be on HBO. IMO networks should not buy fighters, only fights
