I understand that Sergio is going to go for the knock out. But that still sucks for Martinez. A knock out is never certain. And if it goes the distance, we all know whose going to win.
I think this fight is a lot more even now than we thought it would be last year. I could see things like the size of the ring, judges, and location affect who wins the fight.
Mushybrain, are you seriously claiming your boxing expertise by predicting all of Jrs fight, given his resume, that's no prize. My bytch with you is when you make ignorant statements like- Jr could put a brick in his glove and no one could do anything about it, Jr could weigh in at 180lbs and no one could do anything about it, etc. What are you 15? My favorite is when you claim only casual fans think Martinez is any good. The truth is actually the opposite, hardcore boxing fans view Martinez as the true middleweight champion (he won it in the ring not by living off of his daddys name) and view Jr as a protected fighter. If you need to know what happens to protected fighter when they finally fight a good fighter see Bute vs Froch. Dude theres a reason why team Chavez has avoided Martinez like the plague- he can't beat him!
I wasn't really excited for this fight at first, but now I am. Chavez is physically a monster at middleweight, the guy is freaking huge. If Martinez takes him out, that will be really impressive.
You still don't think Arum was the one holding up the fight by now?
Lol, as soon as Chavez Jr. gave hints of him wanting to leave Arum, All of a Sudden the fight is made and Sergio is a big draw.
Let's be honest: Duckgio Quacktinez is so desperate for a payday, JCC JR could walk into the ring with a BIG BOTTLE O' PEDS and there wouldn't be a damn thing Duckgio or Lou DiBella could do about it.
are you implying that martinez has been ducking chavez by this?? if so, then lmao like I have not in a very long time
:bottle:
sergio beats chavez. anyone who knows boxing knows this. even chavez knows. chavez will start out good, but when he quickly realizes he cannot deal with that speed and in any way, not being able to catch martinez, he will know where he stands in boxing. chavez does not, and never has, have what it takes to beat a fighter like sergio. just will not happen. i hope some bs wont happen to keep this fight from happening, but with chavez u never know...
Mushybrain, I've asked before but I'll ask again. Do you really believe your own bullsheet or do you just type for shock value? Are you related to Jr or is he just a boyfriend?
if I sit here and think about who is going to get robbed I won't even bother watching it...I always try to clear my mind before a big fight and hope for good judging...still waiting for it...Lol!
Man I'm just going to enjoy the fight this time. This might be the most excited I've been for one fight all year long. Arum, Dibella, the ref or the judges will not ruin this for me. I'm going to watch it, enjoy it, pick who I felt won it, discuss it and move on.
