Cotto not training well....

To beat Mayweather you have to be fast , judah showed that you can beat him (but ofcause judah alwasy falls apart after 4 round) by out speeding him and get off first. Mosley is not fast enymore but has real explosiv power and a is great finisher there for he challenged floyd. Cotto have nothing really that on paper can challenge floyd, cotto is a good solid fighter but needs a slow apponent to shine. Its so blindingly obevious to me that Cotto is carefully hand picked so floyd gets as much money possible while risking as little as possible.' Floyd aint going after the glory but the money cant blame him but he is making boxing worse IMO

I listened to that interview. Steward sounded salty as hell. Really don't trust his opinion on this one. yeah you can tell in most every interview he wants to say something to the effect of " How the f u ck could Cotto pick this Amateur trainer over me?" I also think he was really looking forward to the Margarito fight and was a bit let down. I do think Diaz is smart as all get out and he and Cotto are not showing their cards in most any of the footage that's recorded, including a lot of the 24/7 stuff.

It's a media day workout. I think this is the reaction they were looking to get from people to possibly get Floyd thinking Cotto will be slow, but Floyd himself isn't an idiot (at least in the ring).

It's a media workout. Cotto is notoriously private in camp.

Yeah I read that. I didn't look too much into it. You can't simulate Floyd's speed and skill level in camp. Plus its possible he just wasn't showing out for the media.
