Logical Reason for Not Fighting May 5th?

Floyd is calling out Pacquiao in front of the whole world. He has MGM and the date reserved with his primary opponent being Pacquiao. I don't get it. He is doing a lot more than Manny Pacquiao is. How can you tell me not to put the blame on Floyd when he is calling out Pacquiao and not to put the blame on Pacquiao's side when they are not responding with credible answers. They're response was "end of May" for heaven's sake with absolutely no reason why. Let's say Floyd does accept end of May, or June, or November, or whatever month Arum mentioned within this past week. What is to stop Arum from coming up with another excuse to choose a different date?? I mean, he just favored end of May over the May 5th date for no apparent reason. What's to stop him from making up another excuse?? I'm not even a Pacquiao hater here. I'm a Pacquiao fan. And as a Pacquiao fan, I don't want his name being tarnished because Arum doesn't want to make this fight happen. As a Pacquiao fan, I don't want him to go out like that.

i could only give my ten cents worth on how i read these things.... bob, i think by saying someone has to guarantee floyd's purse and also asking for a late may fight is tossing the ball into floyd's and gbp's courts... bob is trying to put pressure to gbp (who bob may rightly or wrongly think gbp is presently not in a position to make the guarantee) and luring floyd to go tr way for floyd's guaranteed purse... the late may sched is to give time for raising or completing investors/promotional contracts-which are not really so easy to finalize considering the staggering costs... Floyd is his own boss as he says, so that means he pays himself. Why does he need a guarantee from himself? He also can't just be moving his agreed date. He did that in Atlanta last year, and the judge didn't like that at all.

Mayweather has a fight date of May 5th in Vegas all set up and ready to go. Even the courts are aware of that. All Pacquiao has to do is fill it. yeah,againts canelo or guerrero according to reports....why even call out pac ?...they need to talk to his team first , before he can agree..floyd team have not done that...
