You see how wild Manny is , Floyd will embarrass Manny if they ever fight , you cant swing wildly and miss like that in front of Floyd , you miss like that and he will assassinate you with the skill of a surgeon . yeah floyds always been good against slow pot shoters that stand in front of him. LOL Manny would unleash on his scary ass and his little shell defense will crumble. Cotto busted Floyd up....just imagine what MAnny would do to him.

Also, I noticed Jim Lampley erroneously announced missed punches as landed punches- so I had to interject with sound effects to correct Lampley's mistakes. If any pacquiao fans decided to to allow the sound effects as an excuse to disregard the facts as ridicule then they're admitting delusion. I can live with that. The best part of the video was the sound effects. But let's be honest Manny has improved to an extent but his major flaw is that he struggles against "boxers". Guys who come to fight & want to stand in front of him & trade, Manny would 95% of the time whoop them (which he did). But give him a guy who gives angles, shows movement & displays actual boxing skills; Manny struggles. It's not in his nature to do so. He can't all of a sudden become a "boxer". Manny's a fighter & that's what he'll remain.

Agreed. People are confusing roachs stylistic tweaks with full scale style change and thats not the case. Roach took an in and out fighter and gave him some good boxing skills but its not mannys forte. Style wise it makes sense that Marquez beat him. Its reminds me of when arturro gatti started adding outboxing skills into his repetoir and just because it served him well in a few fights he tried to outbox Floyd instead of playing to his own strengths. Lets be real mannys developed some decent counterpunching skills but its **** compared to marquez's counter punching ability. Yes it was sad to see Gatti try and box Floyd.

IMHO for the people who dont see PAC has improved, its either your blind or just hating... And Floyd? Corrales?Hatton? I can name two, I think Manny beat Marquez at least once (sure Flomos will give the 3 fights to Marquez as the unbiased fans they are). In my opinion, Manny won clearly the first fight with Marquez, it was a draw according to the judges, but Manny floored Marquez 3 times and won the first two rounds, Marquez had to win 8 of the last 10 rounds in order to win the fight, he didn't. Floyd's win over Marquez is a joke. It was a size mismatch. And Barrera like you said, Barrera was 29 years old. He had been trough many wars yes, just like Pacquiao by the way. Ok so I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you here, but you have to be more specific. Is it a joke because Floyd didn't come in at the contracted weight? Because as has been mentioned before, if it's simply a size thing then any Mayweather win over Pac would have to be considered a joke too. And Mayweather beats Marquez at any weight at any point so unless you are just saying that they should have never stepped into the ring together at ANY weight then I think you're going a bit over board with the size thing.

Manny has improved some physically but he has not improved from a mental aspect in the boxing ring. I feel Marquez made Manny think instead of just reacting and that is not a strong suit for Manny in a boxing ring. Force Manny to think and it slows him down. Manny is a fighter that can follow a game plan if its working but if its not working perfectly he will not be able to figure out adjustments on the fly or take different instructions from Roach that are different than what they worked on the whole training camp.

That's not the point. The point is if you came in with improvements you should have been more dominant in a rematch, especially when the weight and ages favored you. What happened in the third fight? It turns out to be Marquez most convincing victory. He actually ended up losing harder in a rematch against a fighter on the decline. Right. I mean nothing good came out of this third fight. I was convinced that Manny would basically destroy the 38 year old LW that was out of his weight class. I had it as a stoppage in 6 or 8, I believe. Then right after the fight we have Bob Arum talking about a freaking fourth fight? For what?
