He is looking like his uncle man christ sake thats not good!!!
Hope he and manny win there fight so they can fight each other in there prime and not in a nursing home!
I think if they fight mayweather wins by majority decision or something...
No he dont look old, maybe because he isnt old. And he probably wont fight old, because he isnt old.......and he is a health freak and training freak, and he dont get hit much, so all things in his favour.
What do you expect? His diet is disgusting and both his parents did hard drugs like crack and cocaine. They probably did alot of other drugs as well because if you just listen to him or Roger talk you can tell they have brain damage.
And hes probably stressed out by all those court cases that he will very likely lose. (Pacquiao's defamation case, Josie Harris, etc)
Definitely did, I noticed it starting with the Marquez fight.
There were a few times where, back-pedaling or moving laterally, he got stuck on his plant leg. It's the small things that aren't visible to the untrained eye.
I honestly didn't notice his footwork being off, but I will check next time.
no, hes defintely slower. i dunno how much that matters tho. i doubt he's aged overnight a la roy jones or shane mosely tho.
He is no where near as diminished as those two, though I honestly believe Shane just doesn't care about boxing anymore. He is physically diminished, but the psychological component is probably even more pronounced.
People always talk about Floyd's age now that he's facing a young opponent. Look, Floyd may be 35 years old, but compared to a lot of fighter, Floyd rarely takes any damage. Which is why in terms of longevity, I think Floyd can do well even 3 or 4 years from now. He's not a type of fighter that relies on speed (he has speed but doesn't rely on it) or power. Those physical attributes diminish as you age, but as far as smarts, you only get wiser as you get older.
I hear the damage argument a lot about Floyd, which makes a big difference in some areas, but no matter how easy going his lifestyle is, age will come knocking. Go look at the research on brain development. His reflexes, timing, and ability to follow what is going on are probably already on a downward trajectory. We will know a lot when he fights Ortiz.

no we're using triangle theories to determine when a fighter is in their prime?
its apple and oranges.
If by triangle theories, you mean truth, sure. I haven't opined, just pointing out general consensus.
When the same things were true about Oscar De La Hoya before he fought Floyd in '07, Oscar was "over-the-hill" and a "part-time fighter."

bull****. a fighter's prime isn't decided solely on his age. he's fought 3 times in the last 5 years. he doesn't have the wear and tear that most active boxers his age would have. he's got plenty left.

Do you think he is just as quick now as he was, say, 3 years ago? Watch the highlights of both and see if you change your mind. I've watched both full-fights several times and think I might see something.

Floyd is nearing 35. He hasn't been in his prime for quite awhile now.

ppl will be saying this until the fight and when he looks great, ppl are gonna be back on the old usual bull.

Amazing, isn't it?
34-year old Oscar De La Hoya was an over-the-hill, part-time, businessman/fighter, while a 34-year old (and more inactive) Floyd is "prime."
Just shows you, no matter what's said, how highly most think of Floyd the fighter.
lol...you cats are funny as hell....Don't you understand what you are seeing? The need to have Floyd look vulnerable to sell the fight....Floyd has a goatee, he doesn't usually rock facial hair.... And Floyd is still in his prime what the hell are ya'll seeing. He has lost no speed, watching the fight against Mosley that was the big difference.
Its not just you man...He looks like he aged ten years since the Mosley fight.
It's all the drinking, drugging, whoring, and partying the guy does. Don't give me any of this 'Floyd don't drink, do drugs, always in shape...' nonsense! The man hangs out in the wee hours at Vegas Clubs with black musicians. What you think they doing?
I've seen video of Floyd drunk advocating drinking and driving. ("They tell you don't drink and drive, they don't say nuthin about don't get drunk and drive, they don't say nuthin about that".) I've seen video of Floyd talking about how spending time in Vegas whorehouses. ("Tiger Woods' problem was that he was coming out the back. What you gotta do is what I do, come out du front. You got to come out du front".)
And, no, I don't have any links Flomos because I don't care enough to take note of them. I just happen to not be drinking flouride in my water so I have the mind to remember what the fraud put out there.
Floyd doesn't look so well, big surprise. Let's see how he looks on September 17th.
His speed declined a little between the Marquez and Mosley fight. I've watched both fights at least 3 times each and have noticed that his jabs and straight rights were a little slower--just a little, but noticeable. There is a chance that neither Pac nor May will be as good as we have recently seen them when they fight.
Well, his Uncle and Dad didn't really age well at all. Funny enough though, Floyd to me doesn't look much like either his Uncle or Dad, so maybe he got more of his Mom's genes (hopefully for his sake lol).
I think he looks a lot like his dad when he was younger. I agree though the Mayweathers don't age well.
dude is nearing mid 30s, is dude so good that yall thought he was peter pan too?
lmao lmao ayo make a thread of pac aging it wud be like thousands of his fans commenting on it
