Rumblings about a possible fight between James Kirkland and Delvin Rodriguez.

There is a huge difference in power beetween a swarmer like Wolak and a true power puncher like kirkland. This would be a good fight for the fans as it would provide fireworks. Im not even sure who to choose. Kirkland was humiliated by that japanese guy who hits like a girl so im not sold on his chin. I'm very against people making fun of fighters, but this actually made me laugh out loud.

After that raping he took from Ishida, I'm not sure if I will ever see him the same way again. He is gonna have to do something amazing before I will jump on the hype train. I think anyone can comeback from a knockout loss. It depends on the person of course. Hopefully Kirkland can capitalize on his second chance.

way too much offense for kirkland to deal with rodriguez is a beast!! dude's a warrior. he'd stand the heat in the kitchen and fire back just like he did against wolak wolak does everything but punch better thank kirkland (kirkland also has faster hands and feet) he's harder to hit more effective at pressuring much more durable and at least as strong in terms of clinching and backing a man up not a bad fight for delvin i'd pick him to win by knockout late and then get his shot at wolak on BAD where it belongs baby! kellerman and roy would have tent de pantelones as mike phelger of boston sports radio would say and bob papa with a great call as always he's growing on me so much, is papa he's just a really good guy who loves boxing and clearly works his butt off to do it justice Kirkland hits harder. He's also physically stronger. Hand speed is about the same.

Kirkland-Wolak would be completely epic. Hopefully it happens one day.

Delvin by easy UD maybe late stoppage, ppl need to accept that Kirkland was a hypejob and isn't going anywhere. If Kirkland destroys Delvin, does he gain your respect? Will you jump on the hype train?

I favor Kirkland if he makes it through the first two rounds. I don't think Delvin can handle James pressure like he did Wolak

hmmm...seems early for a "crossroads" fight (for Kirkland) but this may be it. If he loses again this early in his career I think he may be done, mentally. Agreed. He will become the next Kelvin "Concrete" Davis

At this point I got Rodriguez. I think he'd outbox Kirkland if he could take his power shots. Unless Kirkland makes some improvements in his game, such as defense (ESPECIALLY defense), I can't see him going anywhere in his career.

I would favor Delvin at this point, he handles pressure well and doesn't panic in the pocket

There are a variety of possibilities, but nothing is set yet. Having spoken to Cameron Dunkin, Wolak's new manager, I do not believe the rematch with Delvin will happen at this point.
