I've heard sugar ray avoided the hawk like the plague back in the day, he (supposedly) avoided boxing at pryors weight in the olympics tryouts because he didn't want anything to do with him, I agree with everything you've said by the way.

Hopkins-Jones rematch at 168 after Bernard beat Tito Its different but we also didnt get to see guys like Harry Simon, Valero, & Big Ike in some big fights. I would also put Mosley-Tszyu on that list Actually I think BHOP vs Toney would have been sick
