i liked him,cool voice,strong and powerful,had great enthusiasm with his announcing!.Crazy hair too,loved it.

i might be mistaken but i thought that he posts here on boxingscene, under the name Soundtraveler......... i could be wrong but i remember something to that nature from a few years back............... i thought he did a good job and i'm glad to see him getting more work, there are far worse hacks out there that we're subjected to, this guy was a class act, can't ask for anything more than that really.

That's my boy Dave Diamante, he's awesome. He has great ring presence and an awesome voice.

I dont even know where to start.....first his hair, then his cheezy sayings, then he didnt even say 22 ko's for ortiz he said 20, the guy was just plain awful I thought his tribute to the guy that died was very touching and clearly you could see the pain in his eyes as he spoke.

I thought he was ok, he was a little cheesy but not bad for his first big fight. He has a really good voice though. "Beeerrtooo.......Bertoo" "Orrrttiizzzzzzzzz.....Ortizzzz"

I think he's solid. I've seen him before doing smaller fights (and I think he's done FNF before). His trademark I think is saying the fighters last name twice.

If you look back, you'll find Buffer and Lennon reading off some incorrect information too. They just don't like him because his hair isn't socially acceptable. :nono:
