Cotto is the better, more talented fighter, but Cheato has shown that unless you have enough power, volume, footwork, AND stamina, you will lose. Not sure if Martinez still loses to him now, but he will still cause the bigger and faster southpaw major problems even now

He'll be remembered as a tough fighter with a granite chin. But he won't shake those dark clouds questioning his integrity in a sport where he earned his livelihood. He pretty much masterminded his own undoing.

he wasnt anything special. but how good he actually was will always remain a mystery. cotto beat the living **** outta him for half of a fight and then he made a spectacular comeback. thats his best win and even that is clouded in suspicion. margarito is not a hofer but he was one of the better wws of this era.

Depends on how many times he cheated if ever. We know he tried once and got caught. If he didn't cheat in any other fights I have him as a good fighter, but not great. All he really had was a great chin, because he was life and death with Clottey, Williams and Mosley and Mosley got to that chin. Without that chin he would have lost to Cotto as well. I can't accuse him of anything because I only know what I saw before Mosley.

He's a chin with stamina. Back in 2008 he was chin/stamina/plaster and possibly stimulants. Quite a FRAUD if you ask me.

He was a good fighter. 3 times world champ and a mentally tough fighter. He always wanted to fight the best just like Paul Williams. My dude cleaned up a couple of hype jobs out there.
