Chavez, and no way is it debatable. And they did take cat scans of Chavez's head and determined his jaw and his head were much thicker then the normal humans, which in turn was why he could take harder shots. They say the thicker jaw an head acted as a padding.
its like having a helmet :D
:lol1: I don't think it might be a big advantage. If you get hit on the right spot, no matter how thick your skull might be, you'll go down. But then I might be wrong, since some boxers with larger than normal heads seem to have great chins.
not just his chin but it seemed like Chavez's skull was thicker than the normal human
Chavez by a wide margin
You think having a thicker skull gives you an advantage?
He never quit against Kostya Tszyu. The ref & corned jumped in. Same thing goes for his 2 fights with Oscar. Your memory serves you wrong I believe. Plus, Chavez was well past his prime.
Nah, he quit. He just hid behind the ref. He never complained about it either, he just sat in his corner happily relishing the quittage.
If memory serves me correctly he quit against Tzyu and Oscar 2x.
Most dishonorable.

Chavez is a quitter. Tony never quits.
Chavez fought at 140, Tony fought bigger guys and took bigger punches.
Tony is better chinned and more of a Real Man™

i say margs. tony gets ROCKED with shots a lot by big punchers and only went down once. sh!ts bananas.
And that's why I disagree. Chavez hardly, if ever, got rocked. When he got old yes but in his prime and past his prime, not a chance. Frankie Randall rocked him but even then Julio was past his prime.
