fighter. Can we just ove on? I give JT props for stepping out of his comfort zone and taking on one of the best UFC fighters. There are a lot more professional boxers who will talk the talk but wont dare to walk the walk. Boxing is a great combat sport. IMO the most exciting to watch. But Saturdays fight just goes to show that if you cant stop someone from taking you down or choking you out then your punching ability is use less. Randy Couture would get owned in a boxing match because he is a wreslter and wouldnt be aloud to take his opponent down. He would have absolutley no chance at all. Toney on the other hand was aloud to use his best weapons, his fists' but he just fail to do so. Its not about which sport has the tougher or more athletic athletics its about when you are aloud to use whatever skills you have to beat your oppnent, who would win. In this case (and IMO most cases) the one with just punching ability will lose to the one who is a more well rounded 'fighter'.
