45-55 is fair for Pac vs Fmj

going by the Cotto and Mosley fights, Mayweather did outsell Pacquiaos by a bit. Pacquiao isn't american so it's reasonable he won't sell as much as Floyd in the states, it's also reasonable that Floyd get's a slightly bigger share of the USA PPV buys. I don't count the De La Hoya or Hatton fights as Mayweather being a bigger draw, Pacquiao has slowely climbed his way to the top, where as Mayweather boomed fast after the DLH fight. And, Pacquiao fought during a big recession with those fights. Pacquiao with each fight seems to get bigger (700k with Clottey is incredible) but as of now I think Floyd can get his little bonus 45-55. I wish it was 50-50 though instead of these little psychological games killing this fight.

"1 Philippine peso = 0.021413 U.S. dollars" 1 billion pinoy pesos is only $21,521,953.72 american dollars. pac better keep his curreny in pinoy pesos b/c he gets raped when hes going from pesos to dollars haha you fail I fail, how? Pac's getting paid in dollars. When he takes that to the Philippines, he'll be relatively richer than Mayweather.

No. Pac and Arum can't even say with a straight face that they deserve more of the money. When Arum asks for 50%, you know he deserves less. whoops my bad. pac believes he deserves just as much (not more). mayweather on the other hand believes he deserves more. ....and he still has the better argument of the two, mayweather does. :fing02: but to be honest, i just want to see them fight :sad:

By the time Pac converts the U.S. dollar into the Philippine peso, it won't even matter that he had 45 percent of the cut. Relatively speaking, he'll be a lot richer than Mayweather. Pac fights for the people not for money, well so he says.

If I was Floyd I would start off claiming to want 55/45 but would be fine with 52.5/47.5 (about) since that would probably go a long way to make the fight occur. If they are splitting about 100 million those numbers both look nice. I mean Garcal said that they should compare Mosley to Cotto and Floyd did roughly 10% more in PPV sales

Mayweather done 1.4 million buys with Mosley who can't give away tickets for his fights for free. Pac done 1.25 with Cotto who can sell out baseball stadiums. May deserves a slightly higher cut like 53-47

Why would anyone on here say 50/50 or no fight? Why does it matter that much to you that you don't want the fight to happen if it isn't 50/50 split? You can do 45/55 Floyd, 14 day cut off, 10 mill per pound and that would seem fair to me, but I don't care that much tbh I just want them to get it on.

trust me I know, the only reason I stick my nose into this is because it get's broad casted as the reason why we aren't seeing the fight. I'd love 50-50 obviously. I don't think Floyd wants to even fight Pacquiao though in my honest opinion, I know all you Floyd fans know this to. Even the whole blood testing thing was simply his way out, he doesn't care about cleaning up the sport I mean look at the guy. I won't comment about the whole blood test issue, that just starts useless flame wars, but I do think obviously both parties should make the fight happen, otherwise there will ALWAYS be the what if question posed in the forums.

Because floyd is the draw. Simple. ODH made more than floyd and Pac. Pac made more than Cotto and JMM. floyd made more than hatton and JMM. The only time fighters make the same is if the champ is fighting a big draw, example Cooney v Holmes.
