I originally wanted to give Floyd a solid A or A- because he has everything except high end punching power but the way he screwed Mosley over I just couldn't give him less than A+. I didn't grade Pacquiao on his accomplishments I graded him on his skill level, and admittedly said that perhaps I graded him a bit low, and he should be closer to an A or A- than a B+, which is what I gave him. But if we are talking about straight boxing ability, which is what the first post said, you can't tell me he's on an even level with Floyd. Floyd's obviously the standard choice for an A+, and if we're talking just straight boxing ability, Pacquiao isn't even with him.
