First, how on earth as a trainer are you going to get your guy down in weight when you're a fat **** two chinned mother ****er yourself?
Second: How was Chris not totally prepared for the fact that Adamek would run the entire fight? You shouldn't get frustrated when a guy does exactly what we all knew he would do.
Third: Why didn't Chris land more body shots? You have to have a game plan to slow a guy down and it has to involve body shots. Also, as Big George Foreman used to say, when you're big be big, fight big, touch him anywhere you can, push him, move him, impose your size, Chris did a terrible job of doing that.
Having said that, if Chris hadn't hurt his hand he might have won this fight.
It sounds like you have no idea what's the function and purpose of a nutritionist. I work at a hospital and often converse with nutritionists. Nutritionists can not force there clients to eat a certain way, they can only offer recommendations and design meal plans. They are not hired to shove healthy food down your throat.
c'mon guy you know what i'm really trying to say

maybe if he got a nutritionist that would keep him from stuffing his face w/ whoppers.

For all those morons that are gonna spout "Genetics" or they never seen Chris at a lower weight: Arreola was a middleweight in the amateurs. So no, it's not ****ing genetics. He has gained 100lbs in only a few years, is that genetics to you? No that's pure ****ing embarrassing FAT from eating at dunkin donuts.
Hiring a nutrititionist and a new trainer will not help Arreola if he lacks the discipline to refrain from eating excessively. Only Arreola can develop the discipline and will power to stop eating excessively and staying away from the foods that are not suitable for an athletic lifestyle.

He needs to hire a nutritionist, somebody that can help him get in shape, and yes he needs a new trainer too.
Yeah. I don't know about 225 because I've never seen him at that weight, but at 250 that weight doesn't help him at all. There's no way that fat helps his power, and it only slows him down.
How is he going to loose the weight when his trainer is a yes man, that doesn't know how to control his own weight as well?
250LBS is just too much for arreola, he looks totally out of shape.
its really disgusting to see a pro heavyweight coming like a fat donut to his fights.
he needs a conidition trainer pronto, and a ****ing good one.
moving down to 225 would also increase his speed
