The point is he wasn't sincere in that interview, he was just trying to save face. He never said he ducked anyone, but his actions says otherwise. He doesn't fight for the fans, he couldn't give a **** about them, nor does he fight to give a good show. He's a cherry picker and a crybaby. The Marquez fight was a joke, he hasn't fought a legit welterweight since beating Baldomir in 2006, that's sad. well he left the division, moved back down and then retired. i mean u cant bitch about the DLH fight, not really hatton eighter. hatton isnt a smaller WW than floyd. the only fight that was BS is marquez, and he did that to promote a fight with pacquiao, its not floyds fault pac didnt want none.

Urgh, that interview was so sycophantic I nearly vomited. The reporter clearly doesn't know much about boxing, as is obvious from her shock that Mayweather walks around at 147 and her comment that he was 'close to the edge'. Mayweather was entirely comfortable the entire time, which tells you all you need to know about the standard of the interview. The only question that verged on difficult was the one about Mayweather not studying his opponents.

With that said, he hardly mentioned Pac at all in the interview He hasn't ducked anyone, nor did he admit to doing so in the video. He did beat Marquez with relative ease.
