Would Edwin Valero vs.Joan Guzman be a poor man's Manny Pacquiao vs.Floyd Mayweather?

Just to clarify I am not saying they are on the same level, I am just comparing similar styles. What does everyone think? Would Valero vs. Guzman be a poor man's Pacquiao vs. Mayweather? Something has happened to Guzman. Perhaps his training has not been good or maybe he's partying too much. Either way he isn't the same fighter that he once was. But yes it could be a poor man Pac vs Mayweather.

apparently you two dont understand what a poor man's version mean. when he says equal I would think he means relative to one another (valero to guzman) in the same way that pac and mayweather are well matched. i don't think he (S.G.)thought the question suggested that the fights were of equal magnitude.
