Who wins Khan vs Cotto?

cotto at 145 broke the greatest southpaw of all time's ear. he would break both of kahn's ears off. Khan would probably lose but khan defense is getting much better, and hit footwork has improved under roach u dont see him getting reckless with throwing hook after hook. he is less likely to get knocked out, roach does say khan will be a superstar and he does actually know what he is talking about.

I voted Cotto by KO/TKO, but I would put some money on the Khan knowing he'd be the underdog. I think at 5'10'' and pretty ripped at 140, he'd be able to carry 5 more pretty easily. The jury is out on whether he'd be able to take Cotto's shots though, which is why he'd have to be favored.

Cotto comas Khan Khan is fast, but doesn't have Pac's beard nor his awkward angles. Cotto will bully him from the off and put him in a coma faster than people can say 'tomato can'.

i dont think khan will be as effective in 145. cotto may may have lost his last fight but he is still capable of doin big damage.... like ear popping

Khan wud need enough stamina n strength to keep away from cotto the whole fight, decision in khans favour wud b possible but risky; one decent shot from cotto and its nightnight khan IMO

It shows how far amir has come along that some people would even concider him winning or not laughing at the thread. Am a big fan of khan but the left hook is killer, cotto would be able to land enough and get a mid round ko just now, cotto is a good boxer and would deal with khan similar to mosley using the jab. What we need to see next is khan proving his chin against a maidana to see if the theories about the improving punch resistence have worked (moving up weight, putting more weights on the legs, toughening up from sparring). Another thing is khans power, he has been working on sitting down on his punches and it showed against salita but everybody knows hes chinny anyway, so I would still need to see him hurting another world class oponent. Cotto is the 4th best welter in the world but if khan proves himself then id have him winning even pre margarito, its a BIG if though lol. This is all hypothetical, I cant imagine theyd ever meet.

Amir Khan is the real deal.. He gets alot of unwarranted hate around here. I guess it's because of his lone loss. But that loss was him just getting caught very early .. nothing more.. Khan is a big puncher with lightning fast hands and already a world title and Olympic gold medal at 22 years old.. Khan is the truth

its pretty obvious, Khan is too green, at this point Bradley would beat his ass.

Cotto locates Khan's chin a few too many times and KO's him. I don't think Cotto is done, he lost to a cheater, had a war with the best true welterweight in the division(Clottey) and a horrible match up in the southpaw Pacquaio(Because his straight right hand is not very good).

Khan shouldn't get in the ring with a Miguel Cotto yet. he isn't ready and would get whooped BADLY at this poing in his career.

Cotto's had one controversial loss and loss to the P4P king...Khan's good, but I honestly think Cotto would be too tough for the guy. Especially early on.

I like Khan but let's not get carried away with his win over Salita. Salita wasn't any good. Cotto would shatter that glass chin.
