Reasons why we shouldn't believe how 24/7 (ep.2) made Manny look bad in sparring

Man you made a thread saying dont believe what we saw..why??because its manny??but when they come out with theses news breaks every day about manny destroying sparring partners..everyone believes it with no proof....and 4 you to just just up and call my post dumb is showing how biased you are..im not insulting manny but i saw what i saw..but according to you i should ignore it it would be incredibly easy to make it look like Zab was killing Mayweather.

1. Roach would never have decided to let footage of Manny's weaknesses out for Miguel and his camp to see. 2. There were 5 weeks of sparring but we are judging Manny on 6 seconds of that sparring? 3. You can take almost any fight that wasn't very close (Unless it was a massacre) and edit it in a way to make the other fighter look good. I mean all you have to do for example is get footage of the entire fight and just highlight the good parts of the fighter who got beaten and TA DA! Now the fighter looks like he's in the top 10 in the P4P list (even if he sucks). 4. We don't know when that footage was taken. Maybe it was on the first day of sparring? Remember, there was this one media work out where Manny didn't sleep well and so he looked like crap for that day? That could have been footage of that day. 5. It's 24/7. Remember how it fooled us into believing that Hatton has a great shot at beating Floyd? Well, there are probably reasons to believe the footage too. But the footage doesn't give off too much. We should wait for the open media workout (I'M EXCITED FOR THAT) and see what both Manny and Cotto bring to the table. just reading official camp excerpts proves this footage was carefully cropped. and it looked carefully cropped. people are dumb though I was dumb to I thought Marquez was looking like a beast in 24/7. If Roach thinks Pacquiao is going to kill Cotto, chances are he's right. and Porter is a fair bit bigger than Cotto.

Boxing history is littered with stories of people who regularly did badly in sparring but ended up beating the shit out of their opponent in a real fight. A few seconds of Pacquiao's early sparring (like you said, possibly the first day) is nothing to go on. Nothing. But hey, let people grasp at straws and make a soap opera out of it if they want. It's the highlight of their day. Well put. Hbo did a great job. Judging from the reactions. Makes PAC look more vulnerable doesn't it. Like Team Cotto, Team Pacquiao has the right to choose what HBO can show on 24/7 concerning the sparring. Amen to that, bro. Team Cotto in episode 2 only allowed photos of the sparring shown. Their air tight when it comes to their training and that's for sure. I was surprised too after watching the Pac-Cotto 24/7 Ep2 that Team Pac allowed HBO to shoot their sparring sessions with Porter. It could be a giveaway that would not matter whether they show it to team Cotto or not, my 2 cents.
