I'm writing a 15 page paper on why the sanctioning bodies are bad for boxing. Help?

Just do a Google search for the points you are trying to prove. Figure out why you think they are bad, and either ask for examples on that particular topic, or do a search for some examples. There as so many ways you can go with this though, so it's kind of hard to give you an answer to your question. For example, if you were to use corruption as one of your points, you can state how some sanctioning bodies have ties to certain countries and have biased rankings. Another example would be too many champs, and it taking prestige away from actually being a champ. Look at boxing in it's earlier days when there was only one champ, and how it benefited the sport. Again you have to figure out what direction you want to go in, and what points you want to make to state your case as to why they are bad. Once you get that...hit me up and I will be more than happy to further help you.

You're going to want to find articles from newspapers in vegas, jersey, and NY. The Ring isn't going to give you any negative press on sanctioning bodies. Good idea for a paper though, would be awesome if you uploaded it and posted a link when you're done. I'd read it. Edit: Also, if you wikipedia the sanctioning bodies you can look at the sources and get those books from your library if possible. Probably some decent reading materials out there on the subject.
