In your opinion was Torrecampo's KO shot of Pacquiao legal?

To the chin or body? To me Torrecampo hits him on the chin first cleanly and the punch hits Pac low but after he was already starting to go down. yeah, that's exactly what happened.. I hadn't seen it in a while but looking back at it today I saw that. No way a low blow gives you a concusion either.. and if it would've been low, he would have been grabbing his nads as well.

clean body shot.. it looks like a low blow because pacquiao had his trunks damn near to his throat. edit: looking at it again, Pacquiao was in an akward position. It does look like he got hit flush on the chin and then the punch strayed to the body. regardless, the damage wasn't caused by the low blow it was caused by the connect to the chin.. that's a legit KO. A low blow doesn't rattle your brain.
