Technically you could just say every fighter, but you know what I mean. Fighters whom you watch take so much punishment and just think "damn, I hope this guy doesn't fight too much longer" or you just get concerned by listening to them talk.
Lamon Brewster
James Toney
Jesse Feliciano
Jeff Lacy
Erik Morales
Jose Luis Castillo
Evander Holyfield
Israel Vazquez
Oliver McCall is fighting again this weekend at 45. I know he has a great chin but he seems to have fought everyone since the beginning of time. I can't believe he is going to be in a healthy mental state in 10 years time.
Hatton is my ONLY worry at the moment......I'm far from a fan of his!!....as a boxer he's a BUM......no a SUPER BUM!!!!......thats my opinion of his boxing skills......but as a person or human being.....the guy is SUPER COOL and down to earth!!!.......I applaud his humbleness.......Hatton and his fans were good for the sport and I just hope he doesn't get hurt!!....Real Talk!!!
Roy is still cool.....no worries for him!! :fing02:
you are a retard

You pretty much hit on the head with that list. I would like to add Rafael Marquez and Auggi Sanchez( who shouldn't even be fighting because of his record of deadly knockout losses) and Antwon Echols.
He's the only fighter whose "irreversible" brain damage magically disappears.
Running up mountains to train for 80's Klitschko instead of proper training FTW!
honestly though any professional boxer already suffers brain damage, they are just not noticeable. The amount of punches a pro takes in the ring, he suffers 10x more in the gym, most brain damage accumulates during sparring matches.
thats why I don't sparr all too often unless its getting ready for a bout, I have no aspirations of turning pro. because keeping your head is all that matters at the end of the day.
Sparring is a big factor in brain damage.
I have little doubt that sparring played a key role in the health issues of guys like Terry Norris and Meldrick Taylor.
Hell, Pernell Whitaker was a defensive whiz in there, but he doesn't sound too good nowadays.
Miguel Cotto has been taking a lot of damage ever since his fight with Zab Judah where Judah really did damage to Cotto.
Speaking of Judah, he may also suffer brain damage if he fights for too long.
Jermain Taylor has already taken a lot flush shots from different fighters, i wonder how much more can his brain take. He's one of my top 5 faves too.
I agree on Jeff Lacy and Israel Vazquez. Jeff Lacy took too much in the head from Calzaghe and Jones. Taylor seemed like he went easy on Lacy.
Ricky Hatton, another fave of mine, needs to retire soon because he has taken some real hard punches from Tszyu, Collazo, Mayweather, Lazcano, and now Pacquiao.
They all seem normal now, but over the years those punches will start accumulating the damage on your brain. It's like when you're drinking a good sweet liquor and you just keep siping and sipping and it's so good that you don't notice that it got you drunk until you get up from your chair and start walking all groggy.
Judah, not enough heart to take a beating like that. Cotto though, we should worry about him.

pretty much any boxer i would have thought of has been mentioned.
isreal vaquez already has brain damage, freddy roach his trainer said he is slurring his words, and that torn retina signify how much punishment he has gone through.
i never understood that. would roach really be able to tell since vazquez speaks spanish and only a little english?
