I dont understand why some of think Pacman will beat Floyd Jr with certainty

i agree floyd is a level above cotto in boxing ability but i wouldn't be surprised if cotto beat him..cotto is dominant when he stalks and walks down his opponents and that's what i see him doing against floyd..floyd is a small welter and won't be able to make cotto fight while backing up Cotto - Floyd H2H is a completely diff. matter altogether. As for skill Floyd is a level above. I think a Floyd - Cotto would b intriguing

i believe pac has a beter chance than anyone else alive to beat floyd...and i still think he can't do it...floyds style is what get's people...a lot of people get pissed that he doesn't all out box...but the name of the game is to hit and not get hit...until someone goes in and actually plays chess with floyd...i can't see him losing...

Think about it: Marquez pretty easily outboxed Pacman in the two fights, without the knockdowns they would be considered boxing clinics. Given that and the fact that floyd might be the best technical(not p4p, thats ROY) boxer we have seen in over 20 years. This looks like a mismatch to me, the only time floyd has ever been in trouble was the first 4 rounds against Judah, and as we know Judah is an a level fighter for the first couple of rounds(except when Kostya put his ass on the floor). It looks like to me that Floyd will just outbox Pacman. Tell you the truth he might even knock him out. Expect a 117-113, 118-112 scorecard in favor of Floyd or a late fight TKO. I am not a floyd fan, but some of you guys just need to see whats up, and there is no reason to believe Pacman will win the Floyd fight, let alone easily win. Marquez is a different fighter then Floyd. Styles make fights. Marquez is a boxer puncher with a killer instinct. He looks to counter but when you start pressuring him he has no problem letting his hands go. Also there were no boxing clinics. without the knockdowns both fights were still very very very close. i had both fights even if you just scored the rounds and no knockdowns.

Um....you do know that a knockdown is worth only 2pts right?? and Pac still won 1 fight and arguably won the other as well. And you're only using Marquez as a measuring stick. The same Marquez that Floyd is bringing up 12 lbs to get every advantage he can and goes and brags that Marquez is too small for him.

there's a lot of ways this fight can play out...but i doubt anyone would get knocked out in this He wouldn't KO him but there could be a stoppage by the ref late on.

The media are always favourable toward Pac, so is the casual fan. He is more likeable than Floyd to the average person. Because they like him they start to think so highly of him, they forget that he can be beaten. All the shit ppl tlk about hw he's gna destroy Cotto is bullshit. Cotto's a powerful A level fighter and it wont b an easy match under any circumstances. Floyd's a level above Cotto IMO and I would favor him over Pac if he's still the Floyd of old

Floyd is too intelligent to be beaten by Pac. He will figure him out and either get a UD or late stoppage.

You know it aint impossible for Manny to win against Floyd i just dont see it.. Seeing him against Cotto will tell us a lot more about him although i got the Pacman winning that fight...

Mr boat buyer would beat Pac. If Pac beats Cotto, I'll believe he's legit as a WW and I'd give him a better chance. I still think he'd lose tho.
