Miguel Cotto while he was groomed slowly and patiently, when he was asked to rise to the occasion, he came through. Solid victories over N'Dou and Malignaggi as well as corley at 140 helped jumpstart his career. But the victories against solid guys like Quintana, Judah, and Urkal gave him a solid start to the division, His victory over mosley IMO put him over the top. I think he should be on the list near the bottom right now. If he beats Clottey by a good UD or KO he should cement his place in the middle of the list. Just my opinion.
