i like how i actually answered the question and discussed his resume and the only thing you morons want to argue about is pathetic triangle theories with little to no relation as to why cotto is p4p. Most of you would rather argue in circles, throw out hyperboles and compacted strawmen than argue the topic itself, herein lies the problem with NSB.
Imagine JMM knocks out Floyd (lol.) He fights Pac for a third time and before the fight, they find plaster in his gloves. You would still think that Floyd's only loss was legit? No. Way. In. Hell.
And that is the way it is.
I would say JMM is a cheater too. Hypotheticly speaking of course to the hypothetical situation.

Wow man, there's no way to put it better.

Miguel Cotto while he was groomed slowly and patiently, when he was asked to rise to the occasion, he came through. Solid victories over N'Dou and Malignaggi as well as corley at 140 helped jumpstart his career. But the victories against solid guys like Quintana, Judah, and Urkal gave him a solid start to the division, His victory over mosley IMO put him over the top.
The only knock i have on cotto right now is that his title victories are all against vacancies, it would be nice to see him actually take a championship from someone else at welter.
he could of taken the title from clottey but ibf didnt let it go thru

I think he should be on the list near the bottom right now. If he beats Clottey by a good UD or KO he should cement his place in the middle of the list. Just my opinion.
When Margarito was proven to be a cheater?
Yup, the *asterisk* moved Cotto up and it should be so. Tony's win was tainted and the boxing pundits are making this very clear.
