bob arum is doing cotto like he did margarito when he let margarito fight williams before he fought cotto.... He is tossing their careers in the air and hoping it lands on the money side. I'm pretty sure Arum was fairly upset with Margarito fighting Williams instead of Cotto. Margarito said he wanted Williams first to keep his belt.
