Diaz will win this, but it might be entertaining. Diaz is a swarming combination puncher and Paulie is a one handed boxer. Most likely Diaz doesn't have the power to KO Malignaggi so expect Malignaggi to be brutalized over 12.
DOnt think this is happening besides, if it does happen i think diaz just dominates paulie with his workrate, mighty mike is gonna take care of that bum paulie, mike alvarado is just too strong for him, im curious to know what happened with mike alvarado while sparring with pacquiao, wait pacman fans before answering, i think what really happened is that mike alvarado was nothing like hatton and roach was like sorry mike your a great fighter but i dont think youll help because your too different from hatton, where i think mike alvarado actually is going to be way better than hatton
I heard from my source about 5 days ago or so this was being discussed.
Its a bounce back fight. Juan Diaz used to fight at 140 so its nothing new. But i think he should stay at 135.
diaz wins but hes not gunna knockout paulie out.
kids got heart, coulda went the distance with hatton even though he was gettin whooped and cotto too.
so i dont think diaz would knock him out but he defintly wins.
thatd be cool if it was on the 27th card and it stayed in AC
You really cannot go be what Diaz looks like and determine he is out of shape. Some people just do not and cannot get ripped. Their body chemistry does not allow it.
He is in amazing shape when he fights. He has amazing stamina and can go 12 rounds non stop. Don't let the baby fat make you think he is slacking.
100% true. Looks can be deceiving.
Diaz isn't really a power puncher. He wears his opponents down with his punch volume and pressure. Paulie is a slick boxer with fast hands and feet. He basically sticks and moves. Juan isn't the fastest guy in the world, so Malignaggi can win by keeping his distance and stopping Diaz from working his way inside. The only problem is that Malignaggi severely lacks power and if he can't keep Diaz honest, then the Baby Bull could potentially break the Magic Man down.He wasn't able to do it against Hatton and will fail against Diaz who is even more pressure and attack oriented than Hatton. Plus Diaz cuts off the ring better than Hatton also.
