oscar could have not quit. he didn't get knocked out but he quit.
he made the choice that he wanted no more of the pacman
he can't cry about it now.
His body quit so his Mind followed.
He feels stupid he made such a mistake as well as having to admit Freddie was right that he couldn't pull the trigger and that he messed himself up with making himself smaller...is hard to deal with.
Which one is A Christmas Story? The one with the kid and the bunny costume or whatever?
Yep. Ralphie wants a Red Ryder BB rifle for Xmas. Farcus is the school bully.
Just a joke homey. Piggu, please tell me you've seen A Christmas Story before, at least BITD when you were a kid.

This is just my opinion, but Oscar's decision to retire was more of a business decision than a boxing one. Oscar had at least a couple of quality fights left in him, but losing to Pacquiao evaporated a lot of the box office draw that he'd enjoyed his whole career. The only fight he had in the pipeline that would generate big ppv business was a possible match with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Oscar was not about to take that bait and antagonize Mexican boxing fans even more. Yes, he was a fighter in decline but I don't think that was the real reason.
This isn't me hating on Oscar or whatever. I'm just saying, if he keeps saying that the only reason he lost is because he didn't make weight properly, then why would he feel compelled to quit the fight game?
Let me call Oscar and ask.
There could be a million reasons for all we know.
Because he was already on the decline and his method of losing weight may have taken his body and threw it off the mountain.
Tarver and Jones Jr. never looked the same either. Age and that method of losing weight isn't a good thing.
Don't mess with the body's equilibrium
I guess that makes sense. karma for you when I can give again

Did you guys catch DelaHoya discrediting Pacquiao again at the weigh in??
Mario LopeZ asked Oscar about his thought on Pacquiao fighting Ricky at his best weight class (140) and Oscar answered, "Let me put it this way, If Hatton fought me that night on December, he would've knocked me out".
I was like WTF!
He handpicked a midget, talked sh*t then quit on his stool, and now he discredits Pacquiao whenever he has a chance to..
What a b*tch!
