Why won't Floyd fight Paul Williams?

I don't think Pwill can get down to 147 anymore. And even if he did, he'd be a top WW, so Mr boat buyer wouldn't want it. Williams weighed 164 fight night the first time he fought Quintana, just over a year ago. His weight fight night against Winky? 165. I think he still make WW no problem. Probably not in another year or two though.
