Is Floyd, Jr. really having financial problems?

I've been hearing rumors and reading publications saying mayweather has I.R.S. liens agains him....and also did anybody see the interview with floyd, sr. saying he thought his son would eventually be broke?...i remember seeing it.....but how true do you guys think it is?....and would this make him a weaker fighter in the ring if floyd was just coming back to make money instead of just fighting because he wants to?...I think it makes him a weaker fighter if hes got major financial problems over his head.
