I think Slice should go with a Ray Mercer rematch first. A boxing match of course. Then he would be able to see if the two skills translate well or not. I'm sure Mercer would want the fight too.

On the contrary - there's not ENOUGH hate for Slice. I challenge anyone to watch his streetfights on youtube (against people who look like they've been plucked from a mall) and not think he's a cnut. It's ****ing sickening.

There's TOO much hate for Kimbo in my opinion. He never said he was best fighter out there. He was given an opportunity that many of us would have taken if we had similair circumstances or experiences that he has had. He has loved ones to take care of and who doesn't want to have a secure future? It's not like he calls himself the greatest fighter of all time, claims to be able to beat anyone, claims to fight the best. He just goes out there and does his job. His lack of skill at the professional level has been exposed so it is obvious he wont get far. But the hate on a personal level is unwarranted. this is EXACTLY how i feel. verbatim.

Kimbo Slice is full of shit. I have NO respect whatsoever for a bully who makes a name for himself by beating up people off the street who have no business being in a fight with him. I hate him. I hate his retinue of wannabee gangstas. I hate his incessant "Come on dawg!" taunting. IIRC, he claimed he could KO Lennox Lewis. I would *LOVE* to see that fight. They'll feed him tomato cans to try and pad up his record. He'll be hyped up, of course the hardcore fans won't buy any of it, and he'll get stretched as soon as he steps it up. and he will still lose. Slice has the worst stamina in the world. If he doesn't finish the fight in the first 2mins of the first round, he will lose for sure.

alot of people talk bout his ko loss but it wasnt the punch that zzzzzed him it only dropped. in boxing if u get dropped u can get back up. MMA if u get dropped 8/10 u gtting beat to submission. think about if vernon wouldve been able to jump on shane on the ground. i say put him in the ring with some of the olympic 08 fighters
