Well should he? I think so. He is only tuff in the press confrences, soon as he gets hit with one good shot, he aint tuff no more. He was ruined when he had to do the KO dance. DON'T EVER PLAY WITH MMMAAATTTCCCHHHEEESSSSS!! LOL.
He was giving PBF a run for his money until PBF started hitting him back, same with Baldomir, he had Zab dancing with that straight right.:boxing:
Zab obviously still has it physically, but mentally, he isn't. Priorities? Responsibility? Somethings holding him back, and it could well be himself.
The Clottey fight was exploited up the ass, using the weigh-in loop hole to have the obvious advantage, not to say Joshua isn't a good fighter, but that is just lame.
I love how he tried to say he was robbed after that fight, like he was really doing something special. Clottey simply walked him down all night long. I lost alot of respect for Zab after that fight. If you lose just say so, dont come with all this ole headbutt BS, after the dude clearly beat him. Actually Zab better be lucky Clottey didn't try to KO him, he was satisfied by just beating him and moving on.

I think he can take the JR WW division over, only fighter I see who may beat him is Bradley.
zab could still be a the best 140 in the division if he works hard
But he won't. He looked like crap in his last match. I was kind of excited about him droppin' down to 140. But sadly, he's just a gifted fukup.
No it's people like you that's killing the sport.
That's why so many fighters pick and choose their opposition because the moment they lose people talk about them hanging their gloves up.
I'm getting sick of it, the samething happened with Cotto, and that was his first loss. Same with Pavlick too.
No its people like him that are killing the sport by talking junk all the time and then taking azzwhippens. Resorting to punching in the balls when he cant win is killing the sport. I never said anything about Pavlik or Cotto as they dont look to be mentally beatown.
For what...he just won his last fight, didn't he. The move down to 140 should be good for him. I bet he gets anohter shot at 140 and capitalizes off it.
No, he has no real legacy to worry about tarnishing and he is still a big name who draws quite well - theres money to be made! He seems the type who will need it too! Plus at 140 he's in with a shout
I Hope he does well

Judah is skilled, fast an has a punch... but he has a fragile mind for this sport. He will never be consistent even though he will always have a shot a pretty much anybody at ww or Jr ww.
I will give him a punchers chance. He will land good shots but other fighters know he has a breaking point so they wont be as hesitant to land thier own shots. I give him a chance against Hatton though, he could surprise him with some hard lefts as Hatton gets staggered alot in fights.

Not at 147. The buck stops at the small welters and even that's cutoff at the upper tier for Zab. He has 0 chance of beating the likes of Mosley, Cotto, Cintron, Clottey, and Margarito. Berto most likely takes him as well. I'd only give him decent odds against Collazo, so that's 1 out of 7 or 2/3 of 7 to be nice if you think he could pull it out against Berto or Mosley.
I still would like to know how that fight would have turned out if Jab got the knock down against Floyd!! I truly believe it would have been a different fight!!
For me it is more his mentality working against him, not a lack of physical abilities. He goes into a shell against opponets that give as good as they get. They seem to have more man/will power in them than he has, but he usually is better skilled. His pops was was throwing more punches in the corner than Zab was throwing back in the PBF/Baldomir matches.
Everyone knows it's not his physical ability, he is gifted in that area. But he isn't mentally strong enough to beat guys like Cotto or Mayweather.

I watched the Clottey fight again and Zab looked good against an opponent that weighed in on fight night as a middle weight!
I want to see him against a top light welter... He may still have something left in him.
He looked decent in the Clottey fight, fighting at Light Welter might do him good.
There was another thread concerning Zab's fate. I don't think he will retire at all, he needs the money. He needs to get another trainer too, even though he is older now and he will probably never be on top again.
