Tommy Hearns hands down, Trinidad had great power as a middleweight. Hearns had good power as a Cruiser.

I take it youve never heard of Tommy Hearns.I highly doubt Hearns would have been able to stand toe to toe with Trinidad.

He definatly up there and he's defentialy got a claim to be. There have been so many hard hitters at 147. Such as Langford, Joe Walcott, Ray Robinson, Thomas Hearns ,Pipino Cuevas,Felix Trinidad, just to name a few.

I don't think anyone at 147 could of stood toe to toe with Trinidad. He could be the most powerful 147 ever. At least most effective with his power. Is inside game is the best Ive ever seen. After Mike Tyson of course. Hardest puncher ever are some big words.... there been great punchers in WW history, Tito holds the record on title deffenses thou.

Hearns was probably a harder puncher as most have mentioned, Robinson was a big puncher at 147 as well.

Hearns hit harder than Tito. I wouldn't argue with that man good call Hearns was 1 of the best punchers but ive yet to see a welter ko a full middleweight on the back foot like Robinson v Fullmer

Tommy Hearns and Pipino Cuevas hit harder than Tito...But Trinidad was a an explosive, devastating puncher. his placement with the left hook was fantastic. Hearns toasted guys with his power, guys that were almost impossible to KO. most notably Duran. Cuevas, while not as well known as Hearns or Trinidad, had a long streak of bone crushing punches. I believe he broke Angel Espada's and Harold Weston's jaws in back to back fights. and Weston was someone who gave Benitez all he could handle. and thats not all...he would break ribs, orbital bones, slice up people's faces...I heard that he used to spar and hurt heavyweights. the guys power was no joke, even if he was lacking in skill.
