Did Floyd stop Oscar?
Oscar and his corner quit! pacq threw nothing that indicated superior power. he simply threw volume shots. dlh was a sitting target. and he still did a small amount of damage. he gets the credit for the tko no doubt, but where is the power superiority? there is nothing in his career to indicate he is a more powerful puncher than pbf.
Floyd at 135 was at his best. He used every tool he had to win and fought to win from round one on. He was out to prove he was the best and not what he would later become: boring and cautious; and all about the green. It's the difference between "Pretty Boy Floyd" and "Money Mayweather." One was playing cards and calling...and the other; cashing out. Now he is just a boring/cautious fighter that has turned his back on his former/younger self. It's all good if he stays retired but if he comes back, he has to back up his mouth by fighting the best at 147. He can fight Pac but he needs to fight one of the 147 lethal fighters as well.

Pac vs. Floyd:
Maybe it was because Pac started out fast in that Diaz fight but he was looking a bit tired at the end before the KO. If Pac threw that many punches against Floyd, he would be missing a lot and that would leave himself open to the counter shots Floyd loves so much. The right hook that Pac has been using is great, but against Floyd, it would roll right off the shoulder; that's when the left has to work. But, when Pac throws the left he tends to lean in when he punches which for someone like Floyd, I could see him shuffling back/side quickly and countering.
Floyd also kills the body and that could take the sting away from Pac by the mid-late rounds.
Floyd's a better technician than JMM and if JMM can give Pac all sorts of hell, where does that leave us with Floyd?
I'm not sold that Pac is leaps above where he was when he fought JMM. Fighting Diaz is not JMM.
How does pacq get the power edge over floyd? The same guy they fought can be used for example. He hit him with as much as 2x as many shots as floyd and didnt get him out of there. PBF buckled his knees with counter shots off the ropes! When did pacq buckle the knees of DLH?
Did Floyd stop Oscar?
If PBF fought in the aggressive way he did wit N'Dou, Pac would beat him. If this simply means a fight between them at this weight, PBF would win and probably stop Pac. Pac would rush into counters that would hurt him and get him stopped.
when you press Pac he can also get flustered and sloppy.
As mentioned above, if Floyd stands with Pac and gets caught in the exchange he loses, probaby gets knocked out or stopped. That said I don't think Floyd could bring himself to fight in a way that he can't win. Once Floyd realizes trading won't get it done he will adjust and do whatever he has to do (run, stick/move, counter shots, etc) to win.yeah, because floyd has been knocked out before right? man, please. give it a rest. the floyd that fought n'dou was more aggressive, yet, still very smart on defense. his speed was much faster overall than pacman's was against diaz. floyd's speed at 135 was amazing, especially in that fight, upperobdy speed, footspeed, movement on the ropes was fast also. pacman gets crushed at any weight class vs floyd, period. face it.

no not those ones, the pity pats in the video posted with this thread. That fight was at 147. At 135 Mayweather is much smaller.
Hatton has no chin and doesn't block anything.
Pacquiao, he's throwing twice as many punches as floyd and looks much stronger. Those pity pats Floyd is throwing won't do anything to Pac.
