I'm not questioning his chin, i'm saying he was knocked down in his career so it's not beyond the wit of man to believe that a guy who cause some of the most viscious Ko's ever seen in the business could KO if he hit him flush.
Bloody hell it's like saying arguing geology with a creationist.
You're right, Kelly Pavlik, who was 34-0 with 30 KOs when he fought Hopkins, should have been able to knock him out, right? Because knocking out bums obviously means you can and will knock out ATGs.
a prime Tyson KOs a prime Ali within 4 rounds.
What else?
That statement really aint to bad. Back in the day when Tyson was the baddest man on the planet a lot of good people would argue that Tyson was the greatest HW ever. That's how dominant he were. I am pretty sure that now there wont be many of those people left though.
As for the topic somebody who doesn't know his boxing might look at for example Joe Calzaghe's record and KO-percentage. If he was to say to me that Joe's a KO-artist I know that he doesn't know his boxing.

i'm pretty sure you said he didnt exactly have the best chin or something like that. lol
So the man take flush shots from the likes of Shavers, Foreman and Frazier yet you question his chin? Incredible stuff.

he's justifying you're thread, no need to argue lol
True. THe thread was supposed to be established for the purpose of ppl quoting others but if idiots wanna come in here and present their best efforts then i guess that is ok as well.

If Henry Cooper can Drop Ali i'm bloody Positive Tyson can!

Well Ali didn't exactly have a cast Iron chin and Tyson packs a significant punch at Prime.
I think Ali would win but if Tyson caught Ali acting cocky he would KO him with a clean punch have no doubt about that.
Only problem is I'm not sure if tyson could get close enough to Ali to hit him clean...
Perfect statement for this thread.
Tyson in his prime could actually do what Frazier did to him, very difficult, but not impossible
That wasn't exactly a prime Ali, now was it. I believe he had just come off of a 3+ year suspension.
a prime Tyson KOs a prime Ali within 4 rounds.
What else?
Yea it's usually new boxing fans that say that because Mike Tyson was the biggest monster in the ring and everyone knows who he is.
I picked Ali by UD but would give Tyson the first 4-5 rounds. I don't see Ali giving Tyson a one sided beat down and knocking him out in 4 ether, like some think.

Ali didn't have a cast iron chin? Care providing some support for that statement?

It would not be likely to happen, but in a series of head to head encounters that is a possibility.
Well.....the only way Tyson would win in such a match-up would be via a strong showing in the early rounds.
Nothing wrong with that, it’s his opinion on a fantasy fight
Sure it is an opinion, but opinions can be terrible and reveal a complete lack of knowledge. Which is exactly what this one does.
If I say Ivan Calderon outboxes Vitali Klitschko to a UD is that opinion not stupid?
