Yeah, as if Oscar is praying to the devil. May the best man win and God protect both of injury. With that said, Pac is beiving his own hype. And he is sounding like Naseem Hamed did. Nothing wrong with being religious but then comes a point where you become arogent. Good post. Yeah.. nothing wrong with being religious but I think it's pretty dumb to seek divine favour when it comes to winning in the boxing ring. If you are going to pray, pray that neither guy gets hurt not for victory. That seems much more Christian (or muslim, come to that) to me.

I don't think any of the scriptures mention these two or the almighty helping them in their fights, lol. BTW for all the Manny Pacquiao fans, I'm not bashing on the Pacman, I could give two squirts of duck shit about what he believes in, but when you ask that your fans pray for your victory over somebody who wants that victory just as bad, you have to ask yourself what makes an individual more special than the other in God's eyes. Better yet ask yourself does God really give a damn? because I very much doubt God is biased in situations like these. If anything fans should be praying for both fighter's health. the entire country stopping to watch someone preach a sermon is more of a step in that direction but watching two people beat the crap out of each other eh...not so much. it is entertaining as hell though:firedevil I beg to differ.
