Oscar is trying his hardest to look small!!!

So what does it make Pac if he happens to win? nothing it isn't happening.

In the first pic he is absolutely trying to look small. Look how far apart his feet/legs are. Also his expression matches his hunched sloped posture. Do not be surprised when DLH looks way taller than Pacman in the ring. Youre right, the expression on his face tells it all.

Yep actually if you notice in every single picture Oscar either deliberately hunches a bit with his neck sagging it down and the picture where you see his feet he's intentionally spreading his feet as wide as reasonably possible in order to lower his height. I'm POSITIVE both promoters instructed their fighters to maximize the height potential for Pac in photoshoots and minimize it for Oscar. If Oscar were to stand straight up back straight feet together he would tower over Pac so bad that people wouldn't be interested in this farce of a fight. I agree completely

lol actually oscar has his feet wider to make him more pacs height. and he is slighting sucking in his stomach and hunching over a bit. That's what I noticed as well. He's not standing tall while Pac is. The height difference will be immediately evident once they step in the ring. Remember how tall Oscar looked standing next to MAB and JMM during promotional pressers while he was the promoter. That's the actual height difference between he and Manny.

both Pac and Marquez are great fighters who I'm sure respect each others abilities, why can't their fans. Sure there are other fighters at 130 & 135lbs that we would have loved to see fight Pac or other top names in each division, and its a shame it may never happen, but oh well, there are other great fights that can be made. And to the racist ramarks about 'pinoys' and 'Mexicans', that just show how ignorant people are.

Yes he is going from 135 to 147 yes he is only 5' 6-7 but he is in tremendous shape and I am pretty sure when he fought Diaz he had already had an idea well before the boxing public knew about the fight. So I think he will be physically and mentally prepared. I don't see him getting embarassed the way others do. Let's face it he is not fighting a prime DLH. DLH in his prime against PACMAN maybe at 140 would have been ideal but DLH is NOT in his prime and the fight is taking place at 147. We as boxing fans should take it for what it is a DREAM MATCH. We all go through the corners of our minds what if Tyson fought Ali or if Fraizer fought RJJ. How about if Tyson would have fought RJJ in their primes but they weren't at the same wieght? RJJ wanted to move up to HW and fought Ruiz a much bigger man. We look at it like DLH is picking on PAC but PAC is choosing to move up to 147 no one is forcing him to do it. I think it will be a good competitive fight and if PAC boxes the way he did against Diaz and keeps his gaurd up for the left hook he should be albe to hit DLH cleanly. The Cotto v Marg size difference was bigger, but Manny moved up in weight so many times this will be ugly. Manny's neck looks thicker..it's thicker than Oscars.

Looking at the pics I'm starting to believe Pacman has a chance. He is after all the worlds #1 boxer, and De La Hoya is getting old.... Naah, I'm dreaming.

i dont think oscar is trying to make himself small... his jacket is even striped...which naturally makes people look taller...(since the stripes are up and down)... the height difference isnt THAT big... come on guys...people make too much out of this. i expect this to be a close good fight. agreed. there have been bigger size mismatches in the history of boxing. at least in this fight the bigger guy is no longer prime. pac does have some advantages over oscar. hopefully it's enough for a win. pacquiao will avenge chavez and mexico!!!!!
