I just keep hearing people not just here on boxingscene say that they had JMM winning and others saying PAC won it and many saying it was too close to call. I personally think that Pac deserved the decision by juuust a itsy bitsy tad more because he got Marquez to hit the canvas, and he wobbled him pretty good in the 10th? So now it is time for boxingscene to score the fight.
I think the fight was close enough to be observed as a win for either person, based on what you look for in boxing. Marquez deserved the win I think, but it wouldn't be like him to get played a good card for once.
I scored it for Marquez myself, but I gave him some of the close rounds because I think counter punching a brawler as good as his opponent takes a lot more skill than just brawling.
Thats how I saw it too. Funny thing is, I gave Marquez the first round where as most thought that round belonged to Pac.
How about the 11th round?
Watching the fight, Lampley keep saying JMM was landing the right hand but when it was actually hitting air and Pac's gloves. Pac was doing good with the left hand. I scored the 11th for Pac.
Fighters usually reads/study each other to see what they will do, so the scoring could have gone either way.
I have it for Pac 115-112.
If Pacman-Marquez should have been a draw, then Calzaghe should have lost to Hopkins, Chavez and Dela Hoya should have lost to Whitaker and Barrera should have won against Juan Manuel Marquez.
 Too many should haves...
I had it even in rds wit Pac scorin the only KD to steal it by a point. Just like the first fight, JMM could beat Pac if he could stay on his feet the whole 12.
