I think the fight was close enough to be observed as a win for either person, based on what you look for in boxing. Marquez deserved the win I think, but it wouldn't be like him to get played a good card for once. I scored it for Marquez myself, but I gave him some of the close rounds because I think counter punching a brawler as good as his opponent takes a lot more skill than just brawling.

Thats how I saw it too. Funny thing is, I gave Marquez the first round where as most thought that round belonged to Pac. How about the 11th round? Watching the fight, Lampley keep saying JMM was landing the right hand but when it was actually hitting air and Pac's gloves. Pac was doing good with the left hand. I scored the 11th for Pac. Fighters usually reads/study each other to see what they will do, so the scoring could have gone either way. I have it for Pac 115-112.
